Cody's P.O.V

"Shit, Shit, Shit!" I yelled, pacing back and forth. Maxx sat with his head in his hands thinking.
"Why would you go out without a disguise?" he asked looking up at me with a worried look. I stopped my pacing and let out a sarcastic laugh. "What?"
"I did have a disguise."
"What was it?"
"Well the usual, some sunglasses, dark clothes and an old hat." He stared at me with a confused look on his face. "But she took my sunglasses off..." I mumbled.
"What was that?" He questioned, standing to his feet.
"She took off my sunglasses."
"Why the fuck would you let her take off your sunglasses?!" He yelled. I pushed some hair out of my face and sighed.
"She took them off and said she wanted to see my face..." I smiled a bit at the thought of that moment. "Nobody was there, so I let her."
"Did you tell her about.. YOU?" He looked at me with a bit of pity in his eyes as I shook my head.
"I couldn't tell her.." I continued, "I wanted something normal, If anything, I wanted something real." Maxx put his hand on my shoulder sympathetically.
"Cody, there is no such thing as normal..all you can do now is make sure they don't figure out her name." I nodded and he kept going "Or else her life will be completely ruined."
"Please shut up, you're making things worse now." He shrugged and turned to grab a drink from the tiny fridge we had. "Maybe she won't see it..I mean from what she told me, she's not super into anything with celebrities."
"If she doesn't see it, and you keep her from the press, things might work out for you buddy." As he finished his sentence my phone buzzed on the coffee table in front of us. We both stared at it for a second, then I quickly grabbed it. It was the picture along with the words,
Who are you

Regan's P.O.V

"That's why he was wearing weird shit! I swear!" I ranted to my sister holding onto the pair of black sunglasses that I had forgotten to give back. "I finally trust someone and they don't even fucking tell me who they really are! What if everything he told me was a lie?" I turned to my sister, expecting at least an 'I don't know' from her, but her eyes were locked on her phone screen. My phone buzzed and I grabbed it, looking at the text.
Can we talk about this? Face to face?
"Can we talk face to face." I mimicked with a huff at the end of my words.
"Why are you getting so angry about it?" My sister questioned, finally looking up from her phone.
"He lied to me!"
"Actually, no he fucking didn't."
"What would you know.." I scoffed.
"Um a lot actually. I guarantee he only kept that small detail from you so you wouldn't, like, use him or something." Thinking about what she said I couldn't help but feel bad. I texted him back,
Alright, since you're being followed by people...Where do you wanna talk?
As I laid my phone down, It vibrated instantly.
"He's desperate.." My sister said watching me read the text.
Where ever you want.
You can come over to my place and explain.
I texted back, along with my address.
"Where are you guys gonna talk?" Ana asked standing to her feet.
"Here." With that I walked to my closet and grabbed an old Guns and Roses tee shirt and some shorts.
Be there soon. He responded.

The doorbell rang. I stood up from my living room couch and answered it. There stood Cody, wearing another hat, and a different pair of sunglasses. He took them off and smiled at me slightly.
"Hey." I moved out of the way and motioned for him to come inside, leading him to my living room. We both took a seat and he started. "Listen, I'm so sorry I didn't tell you who I was-" Another ring came from the doorbell and I looked up confused. I stood to my feet and walked over, opening it slowly.
"Hi, I'm Maxx, Cody didn't crack the window for me." He laughed "Just kidding, there's a van with cameras, and...Would you mind if I came in?"
"Yeah..." I stammered. He stepped in and I led him to the living room as well. He took a seat next to Cody, who stared at him in awe, and I sat down where I had been before. "Now what were you saying?" I asked, breaking his confused stare.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you about what I did for a living," He continued. "I just...If anything was going to happen between us-" He got cut off again, but this time by my sister. She walked downstairs with her headphones in and both her eyes shut.
"I want you to know.." She sang loudly, "That I'm all yours." She turned quickly, with both her eyes still shut and pointed at Me continuing, that was some true skill honestly. "You and me run the same course!" Her eyes opened and she tripped on the last step, falling to the ground. Maxx stood to his feet and grabbed her hand, helping her up. Her eyes were wide as she just stared at him.
"Ana." I spoke up, making her eyes snap towards me. "Just sit down.." She nodded at me and followed Maxx to his seat. "Continue."
"If anything was going to happen between us..relationship wise, I wanted it to be real..and normal." He finished. I nodded at him, pulling my legs up on the chair, letting my knees touch my chin. I wrapped my arms around my legs. My sister coughed, making me avert my attention to her. She was basically merged with Maxx, but she wiggled her eye brows at me.
"Why do people follow you around? And why did they take our picture together?" I asked.
"I sing in band for a living, and people like to see what I do and who I talk to every second of the day."
"What are we in? Disney Channel's 'Original Movie' Star Struck?" I complained, looking up at the ceiling.
"That'd be kinda funny." Maxx joined in, laughing heavily. My sister laughed with him as Cody and I stared at them both.
"Please stop speaking." Cody said, he looked back at me, and I nodded at him.
"I understand why you didn't tell me.." I confessed. "And I'll forgive you for it.." He sighed happily.
"Thank you."
"But..." I trailed on, "You have to take me to a jam session."
"A what?" He laughed.
"A jam session, you know, like band practice." I smiled. "I promise I won't make a noise."
"Geez, the tone of this conversation changed real quick." Ana interrupted. Maxx nodded, agreeing with her. I giggled and shrugged.
"I can't just let someone so great slip away that easily." I grinned over at Cody and he chuckled.
"Taking my words now I see."
"Not exactly."
"Whatever." He said rolling his eyes playfully at me. "Fine, you can come to a 'Jam session' "
