You Deserve A Happy Ending

-(You had no idea how much I wanted to write a chapter like this for this book. All books deserve atleast one chapter full of feels. I did that recently with my UNDERTALE ASK/DARE BOOK too and I was really happy with how it turned out. So yeah hope you enjoy the chapter! )

"We're home!" Jack announced as he opened the door to our house. We all stepped inside the clean, well cared for house.

"Well I can see that you idiot." I heard Flowey mumble under his breath. Me, and Toriel both looked at Flowey. Flowey just smirked in response.

"I'm just going to hang in my room for a bit. Oh, uh, Toriel, can I take Flowey with me?" I look at Toriel. Flowey just looks at me with a confused face.

"Of course my child." Toriel smiles and hands me the flower in the flower pot. I thank her and quickly walk into Sans', Flowey's, and my room.

"Why are we going to our room you idiot?! I don't want to 'hang out' or do anything stupid! Put me down this instant!" Flowey demands. I just sigh. I don't say anything. I open the door to our room and walk in. I close the door behind me and then sit on my mattress and put Flowey beside me.

"Are you deaf? I said I don't want to hang out, I want to be alone!" Flowey yells at me.

"Is there a reason why you want to be alone?" I reply in a quiet voice.

"........What do you think." Flowey replies bitterly.

I sigh and look at Flowey. He's looking down, and hiding his face with his yellow petals. Man. This flower, he tried to kill me many times yet I still help him..........I feel bad for what happened to him though.

   "You don't have to act around anyone. I know that you can feel love and kindness, you just refuse the feeling and shove it away." I start to say. Flowey's pedals start moving away from his face slowly, revealing his teared covered face.

   "W-Why? Why are you being so nice to me? After a-all that I've done to you.......after trying to kill you........after everything I've done you're always so nice......Why?" Flowey sobbed. He said this so quietly that I barely heard him. He looked down again, hiding his face. I sighed and started petting his petals.

   "You deserve a happy ending too. I've learned your past throughout my journey. You've been through so much.......you deserve good things coming to you." I answer quietly to him.

   "N-no I don't." He denies. I could see him shaking a bit from him crying. And to think I used to dislike this guy.........Flowey just needs help, he's just misunderstood.

   "Yes you do Asriel, you deserve a better end." I call Flowey by his other name. He suddenly stops shaking. He looks at me again, his face covered with even more tears.

   "A-Asriel is gone.........there's only me now. Why cant you understand the simplest things." Flowey sighs.

   "He's not gone, he's still out there. You just have to believe Asriel is still here." I flash a small smile at Flowey. Im starting to cry too. Flowey looks at me with his eyes full of tears. Flowey smiles back at me. Its not a smirk, its not his evil grin.......just a genuine smile.

   "Hey Flowey, wanna hang out with everyone else now?" I ask him.

   "Well we're still crying alot so no you idiot." Flowey jokes.

   "Hahaha, alright."  I respond.

   This is really him. This is really who Flowey is. He is a loving and caring person, you just have to know how to make him show that side of himself.

   "Thank you for caring." I barely hear Flowey whisper.

   "Of course, i would never leave a friend behind." I reply.

   I would NEVER leave a friend behind............

   -(AND CUE THE END OF THE CHAPTER HERE! Sorry its shorter than usual. )

   -(Did you like this chapter cuz i sure did! I don't know why but i love writing emotional stuff, I'm not weird, don't look at me like that XD . Anyways i hope you guys atleast felt SOMETHING after that. )
