*Rosie's POV*

I sat in silence, unsure of what to say next. Obvious of my confusion, the voice on the other side of the line spoke again. "No need to be scared," it chuckled, making me more confused. "Who is this?" I asked silently, trying to not draw attention to myself. "Never mind that now. Just meet me at the downtown cafe, 2pm tomorrow,"he said sternly before the line went dead. The thick accent rung in my head as I tried to comprehend whom it could be. I checked the time on my phone just as Harry arrived back at the booth. "You okay? You seem like you've seen a ghost," he chuckled as he dug into his skinny jeans to retrieve his wallet. "Yeah," I nervously laughed, placing my phone away. "I'm just tired," I lied, standing from my seat and pulling Emma into my arms. "Well we can order a cab back to your flat, that's where my cars parked," he responded, his voice lowering as he spoke. I nodded, watching as he placed the crisp bills on the table. I kept my head down, my eyes peeled on the tiled floor. "I'm sorry Rosie," he spoke lightly as we headed out the front doors. I nodded once again, keeping my gaze anywhere but on him. I felt his gaze on me, but instead of talking he pulled out his cell. Seconds later he was blabbing away addresses, muttering a small, "thank you," at the end. I stood in my spot, swaying back and forth as Emma slowly fell asleep in my arms. "Ha, she was tired," he said walking towards us, cocking his head towards a now sleeping Emma. I chuckled lightly, quickly returning my lip to between my teeth. "Listen Rosie," he started softly. "Harry it's okay," I cut in, finally meeting his sparkling green eyes. "It's fine. I'm fine. Just, leave it," I added, watching as he slowly nodded before turnings towards the street in search of our car. Within a good twenty minutes of the call, an old black Lincoln pulled up to the curb, honking it horn at us. "Mr. Harry?" The cab driver asked as we approached the car. Harry nodded, opening the back door and allowing me to head first with Emma. After I was settled in behind the passenger side, he slid in next to me. "5692 Francis Road please," Harry spoke as he shut the door. The cab driver nodded, instantly taking off. The ride was short and silent. Before I knew it we arrived at my flat, pulling up on the curb. "How much?" Harry asked as I dismissed myself from the car. "Okay, thanks," I heard Harry faintly shout as I head up my driveway. With a sleeping Emma in my arms, it was awfully hard to slip my keys out and unlock the front door. "Here," Harry said once he finally caught up. He slipped his arms in replacement of mine under Emma's frame, allowing me freedom to retrieve my keys and unlock the doors. "Thanks," I say after I unlock the door and we head inside. "Where do you want me to lay her?" He asks as I place my keys and cellphone on the tv stand. "Can you take her up to her room?" I ask quietly. He nods and smiles before disappearing up the oak stairs. As soon as his frame leaves the room my phone begins to vibrate, making me turn the short route around. Picking up my white mobile, I check my notification. "Another unknown number?" I grumble as I unlock my phone to read the message. "Or not," I add as I recognize the number.

Unknown:
'So, 2pm tomorrow the downtown cafe?'

Rolling my eyes, I left the message alone. As much as I wanted to know who it was, I had much more to deal with. "Okay she's all tucked in, I'm about to head out. Are you all good?" Harry asks, making me jump and nearly drop my phone. "Yeah," I chuckle as I turn around and place my phone in my back pocket. "You sure?" He asked once more, walking over towards the couch and picking up a black pea coat. My head cocked to the side at his actions. He chuckled, "it's mine, I left it here this morning." I nodded slowly, feeling that feeling again in the pit of my stomach. "Okay then I'll be off," he smiled, heading for the door. I nodded, following behind him to lock up. "Bye Rosie. Call if you need anything," he said as he kissed my cheek. I nod, watching him stride down the driveway. "Wait, Harry," I shouted, watching as he turned around. What the actual fuck am I doing? I thought to myself I watched him watch me look lost. "Ca-uhm. Ugh. " I stuttered, my head falling. My head popped back up, listening to him chuckle at my actions. Good going you idiot, my subconscious scowled. Now you made yourself look stupid, she threw in. "Yes," Harry chuckled as he passed me and back into my house. "Huh?" I asked, confused of his actions. I didn't even ask him. "I said yes," he laughed as he placed his coat on the rack near the shoes. Without thinking, my body took actions before my mind. And before I knew it I was once again in his arms. He seemed taken aback at first, but his arms eventually wrapped around me. "Thank you, s'much," I muttered into his chest. "No problem love," he replied, kissing the top of my head. "I don't wanna be alone right now," I added, nudging my head into his chest. "I'm scared," I admitted. "Of what love?" He asked, pulling away from the hug, looking straight at me. "Charlie," I said honestly. "I'm scared of what's gonna happen and I don't wanna be alone through it," I added lowly, my gaze focusing on the floor. "As long as I'm here," he started, placing his fingers under my chin to make me look up at him, "you'll never be alone," he finished, flashing me a bright smile. A bright enough to smile to show his dimples. I smiled lightly, hopelessly under the spell of him at the moment. "Come, let's go relax. You've had a long day," he smiled, taking my hand in his and leading me towards my couch. I know it's my house, but I've never felt so lost and foreign.
