SOPHIA'S POV

it's been a week simula nung huli ko syang makita at makausap, and now i am back here in the Philippines where i should be

"So ayaw mo na talagang pumunta sa Birthday ni Edward?"

pagtatanong sakin ni Liam, pero nakatingin lang ako sa hawak kong cellphone, hindi ko kasi alam kung ano ang sasabihin ko sa kaniya

"Look Sophia . . . Yes you may get comments from other people but you have to stick to your mind that it's not your fault, and diba nga si Edward na yung nagpaubaya . . ."

Yes sya na nga yung nagpaubaya but ut's not just about him, it's about their family, Calvin and I agreed that we are going to forget everything, and when i say everything it means lahat-lahat.

"Sophia . . . If it's about his Brother Calvin then i think you don't have to worry about that dahil nasa states sya diba?"

at napatingin nalang ako kay Liam sa sinabi nya

"Pero . . ."

"No buts okay? You're coming with me . . . for Edward . . ." For Edward? . . . Siguro naman it will be cool i think

"Liam . . . Sophia . . . Iha . . ."

"Tita . . ."

at nakipagbeso ako kay Tita Carissa

"It's good to see you . . . how's your Dad?"

"He is fine Tita . . . well actually he is great at lalabas na po sya ng ospital bukas"

"Well that's good to hear"

iniuli ko ang mga mata ko para hanapin si Edward pero hindi ko sya makita kaya nagpasya ako na magtanong kay Tita

"Ah Tita si Edward po?"

"He is in his room Sophia . . . Go on puntahan mo sya" nagngitian lang kami at nagpasya na ko na lumakad papunta sa room nya

pagkadating ko ng room ni Edward nakita ko na bukas ito kaya nagpasya nalang ako na pumasok and there i saw a man fixing his bow tie

"Edward? . . ." 

tinawag ko sya pero hindi sya lumingon

after a minute of waiting it made me shock to see him

"Calvin . . ." tears started to fall from my eyes upon seeing him

hindi ako makapaniwala na nandito sya, looking at me, he was about to walk towards me ng pigilan ko sya

"No this can't be wala ka dito . . ."

at narinig ko nalang ang pagtawa nya

"Sophia . . ."

pero hindi ako nagpadala sa kaniya

"No! No! No! No!"

at tumakbo ako palabas ng kwarto nya hanggat sa makarating ako sa pintuan nila there nakabangga ko si Edward

"Sophia where are you going?"

"Edward? . . ." at nakita ko lang syang expressionless
