~kari's point of view~
As I sit here and hear the story of the fate of this woman's husband and the father of her now broken daughter I can't help but feel........sorry for them. I glance over to see even a flick of sympathy in kyra's usually stone cold eyes. "I am not gonna give up on her" I say shocking the teary eyed mother and getting an eye roll from kyra. "Are you really going to try and help her?" The woman says through half chocked sobs. Before I can respond the door to Sylvie's room opens letting loose a loud 'monster' by skillet, she walks past us to the kitchen. "Sylvie dear come eat with our guests. They really want to talk to you" the woman says almost pleading~kyra's point of view~
I try not to gag a little at the mother of this bitch pleads. But she just goes back to her room muffling the music yet again. The woman sighs loud enough in the silence to cause kari to jump a little. Apparently the woman is used to that bitch acting like this but that doesn't stop kari from trying to console her. "I try and be a good mother, I really have. It just isn't enough" is all this woman can say about herself. It sickens me but deep inside bit do have a small twinge of sympathy for both the bitch and her mother.~Sylvie's mother's point of view~
As I look at these two girls I feel a small spark of hope inside. It is fuelled mainly by the blonde but her friend does add to it. Between the enthusiasm from the blonde and the subtleties from the black haired friend of hers I feel at ease for once. I truly think my broken daughter might have a chance to be whole again
