After I sat down with Jakeand talked things over, he agreed to help me understand. Which i'm very thankful for, because i didn't really want to have to explain everything to Aiden. Once I got home I took the picture and put it in a box under my bed, and decided to have a nice long hot shower. I stripped down and climbed into the shower, letting the warm water wash over my body.

Around 20 minutes later I reluctantly got out, and driedmy hair putting on my pajamas. I tyed my hair in a high pony tail, and opened the door to my bedroom. When I looked over at my bed, the picture was sitting on top of my bed.

Foot steps on mud trailed from my window to the bed and back to the window, and remember was written on my wall in mud. Like any other normal person I flipped out, and ran down stairs to the kitchen.

"What are doing?" My step mother asked, sticking her nose up.

"None of your business." I said imitating her putting my pinky in the air, "i'm to much of a gold digger to know things." I said imitating her nasally voice.

"How dare you!" She bellowed, stomping her foot like a child.

"Fuck off," I muttered under my breath."I won't be back till tomorrow, or maybe later I don't know yet." I said walking out the front door, but that's true I don't know when i'm coming back. I'm especially not going back to that room for a while.

I subconsciously walked to the subway, getting on the train to go to the park. I could just sleep there, I couldn't go to Adiens because I don't know where he lives, and I don't have my phone to call him. I don't even have any other friends, I could go to Jake's....

But that would totally be stepping out of line, I mean he is my teacher now. And that makes a difference right? I looked over and saw an old lad giving my a disapprovinglook, and I looked down at what I was wearing. Oh, i'm still in my pajamas, AKA shorts and a hoodie. It's basically snowing outside, so much for sleeping outside.

When the subway came to my stop I got off, and look left then right trying to decide where to go. I knew that the only option right now was to go to Jake's, and see if he'll let me crash on his couch for the night.

Once I got to his apartment, I hesitantly buzzed his number. A few minutes later and a couple more buzzes, he pressed the button to open the door. I'm surprised he didn't ask who it was, seeing as its 1 AM now.

I knocked on his door, but after a couple minutes it didn't open. So I just slid down the door, and sat there hitting the back of my head against the door repetitively. Until it opened and I toppled backwards closing my eyes, when I opened my eyes Jake was towering over me looking at me curiously and rubbing eyes in a tired fashion.

"Autumn?" He asked, cocking his head to the side. I jumped to my feet, turning sideways to the door.

"Sorry, I shouldn't have come here." I mumbled, fiddling with my hands.

"Well now that you are, why don't you come in and tell me why you are." He smiled lazily, gesturing me inside further. I did as asked and went and sat on the couch, that I love so much. I saw him shuffle to his bedroom probably to put on a shirt, but before he came back my eyes began to droop. Until I slipped into a dream filled sleep.

Sorry its so short, but I really wanted to update. The next one will be longer, and hopefully soon!
