Bea and I met up later that night on my porch and she was surprised to see Cole sitting in my beanbag chair. He waved. She waved back.

"What is he doing here?" She hissed, her eyebrows stitching together and her dark eyes somehow looking for an answer in mine and boring into my eyes.

I shrugged. "He comes over a lot often and just hangs out. But be quiet."

She nodded as Cole grabbed his jacket and a pack of cigarettes, then jumped off the brick wall and landed on the grass soil. Bea shook her head. "We're those dope-kids from those movies, Ana!"

I rolled my eyes and laughed as we ran past the backyard to the woods, into them.

Cole had told Siena and Matt we'd meet them at the cliff with Bea, I and Ian. Ian was at McDonald's, picking us all up one milkshake each. It didn't take long to get to the cliff, but Cole got there before me and Bea was behind, lagging as she was texting someone on her phone. I sat on the edge beside Cole. He slapped his pack of Marlboros and then gave me one after he lit it.

"Thanks." I nodded, sucking in the gas of the toxic thing that would most likely kill all of us. Cole sucked in his, too, then closed his eyes as he let it all out.

"What's up, bitches?" Siena yelled, laughing and smiling wide. I got up and turned around along with Cole.

"Siena!" I yelped. "Where've you been?"

"Hell and back, slut!" She called, kicking a soda can and then wrapping her arms around me as I wrapped mine around her and buried my face in her neck, smelling the scent of marijuana and beer.

"Have you been at a party?"

"No, just got back from taking Matt to one." She shrugged. "I'm just always this crazy."

I laughed and pulled away, staring at Siena's black hair and pale skin. "I missed you."

"I missed you too. How've you been?"

"Good." I smiled. "Thanks."

"Have you and Cole hooked up yet?" She raised her eyebrows, taking my cigarette and taking a few hits.

I laughed. "As if."

"Everyone thinks they won't, Ana." She smirked. "But then they do and they don't regret a thing."

Cole smirked, wrapping an arm around her shoulder and puckered his lips at her cheek, teasingly about to kiss her cheek. She slapped him away and I laughed.

Bea suddenly came out of nowhere and smiled at Siena and hugged her. "Hey!"

"Hey." Siena said. "Missed you, Bea. How've you been? Hope you guys have been doing good."

We smiled. Siena was sweet; no matter what. She could be a sex addict, drinker, smoker, and hippie or whatever, but she would always care and have a heart.

"I'VE GOT THE FOOD!"

We all cheered and whooped in excitement, hugging and thanking Ian. Bea, who I guess became a big girl, leaned in and gave him a quick smack of a kiss on the cheek. Ian's face lit up and I saw in their eyes they were meant to be.

A few days later, I was checking my calendar and had to change it to now December. 5 weeks.

As I got ready for school, my mom came in. "Hey." She smiled. She was wearing some sweatpants and a Nirvana shirt.

"Hi." I replied, smiling now. "What's up?"
