Dally's POV
"Dally?" Sylvia asked as I walked to her place. Damn this girl.
"You, you broke Bree and I up, man!" I yelled at her. I never yelled at a woman, but it was Sylvia for god's sake.
"What do you mean I did?" She asked me in disgust. As if she wasn't part of this whole stupid mess. "You're the one who cheated on her!"
"Oh, why'd you decide to 'fess up now of all times?!" I was getting angrier and angrier. Seriously, nothing is going right.
"Why, is it a bad time?" Sylvie arched her brow and scoffed. "I felt bad, Aubrey was my friend at one point."
"Yes, it actually is a pretty bad time!" I was running out of things to say. Sylvia just kept beating me to this game. "I... You... Ugh!" I groaned and walked off. I mean sure, I fucked up pretty badly, but Sylvie played a big role in this! As the backstabber and the dumb snitch!
I don't know why I'm still arguin' over this. One thing's certain, Bree's definitely not taking me back after this.
Normal POV
I marched straight home and was just mad. Plain mad. So mad, I took a vase and chucked it at a door. Alright, maybe I'm not mad. I think I'm just frustrated. Johnny dies and Dally's a cheater. What's next? Sodapop becomes ugly?
I haven't showered in days. Even if my life was normal, I still wouldn't shower. I'm usually tired and lazy.
I looked at the letter that was on my table. I forgot, I just took the mail in. Without a second though, or even reading who it's from, I ripped it open.
It's another Dad letter. I must be desperate, because I actually read it. I also took the time to notice he left his phone number. "Call me if you have any problems, Dolores." Yeah, this is an appropriate time to give him call.
Riiinng.... Riiinngg....
"Hello?" I heard I man ask. This voice was so new... I wasn't sure if I should greet him as my dad or...
"Who am I speaking to?" I asked cautiously.
"Well, you called me." The guy laughed and I gave him a fake small laugh. "My name is Robert Monroe. Who am I speaking to?"
"Au- Uh... I mean, Dolores Monroe." I said nervously. "Listen, you said to call when you have a problem, so..."
"Oh? What's up, sweetie?" He said casually. He's acting like he didn't leave me, my mother, and sister.
"Don't call me 'sweetie'." I commanded. "One of my friends died. Period."
"Do you wanna come over and talk about it?" He asked "I mean, I haven't seen my daughter for about... Sixteen years now?"
"I'm seventeen." I sighed "Whatever, just give me the address."
"Yeah, alright..." I found something to write with and wrote his address, trying to be careful of no miscommunication.
I headed outside. I saw this group of girls with this group of guys. I was gonna take a glance at them, but they decided something else.
