ETHANS POV
You're probably wondering why I stopped trying to ruin my brothers life once he married Vic. Well the truth is....I'm in love with Vic. I've been in love with her since a month after I met her when I was around 18, but of course she was in love with Grayson.
I stopped all the mayhem when they married because I know when Grayson is hurt so is Vic.
I have no idea what's up with Grayson now but apparently him and Vic's marriage isn't looking so hot.
I'm not going to bud into their relationship, I'm simply just going to let nature do what ever the fuck it wants.
But in all honesty when she called me and told me what was going on I didn't feel bad for wanting to jump up and down in happiness.
I finally decide to fall asleep and try not to think about Vic.
NEXT DAY
VICS POV
I got out of the bed and decided to get ready.
(Skipping bc I don't have time rn)
I grab my purse, keys, phone and room key and head down to the lobby. I quickly go out to my car and I take a look at the time, 4:55. Great I'm gonna be late.
I drive to the boardwalk and get out. I head to the small cafe. It's name was Janet's Jill, whet. I head inside and start searching for Ethan when I hear someone call my name.
"Vic!" They call out.
I turn around and there's Ethan sitting down. I walk over to him and he stands up and gives me a hug.
"It's so good to see you." He says while we sit down.
"Same to you."
"Okay before we start talking about this, would you like anything to eat? On me"
"Sure but Ethan I can pay for mine you don't have to."
"No I will pay for it."
"I see me not winning this am I right?" I say and giggle.
"Yep." He says laughing.
We order some soups tbfh this place is a lot like Panera.
Our food comes and we eat and discuss what we're going to do about Grayson.
"Okay Vic tell me, how long has Grayson been acting like this towards you?" He asks getting serious.
"Almost 7 months."
"Wow. How have you put up with it for that long?"
"I just think that they'll be a better day and that I can get through the day without bursting into tears. I feel like the reason he acts like this is because of me, and I don't even know what I did." I say putting my head down.
"Hey..." He lifts my chin up looking into my eyes.
"Things will get better, we all know how Grayson has been acting is not your fault, you're an amazing girl that tries to keep your marriage from falling apart, you try so hard to make him happy and any man would be lucky to have that." He says.
GRAYSONS POV
I went to L.A. That's right. I can't be fooled so easily, the threatening to call Ethan, the weird calls, the suddenly having to go to L.A. where it just so happens to be where Ethan lives.
I checked the messages her "boss" left her. They're meeting at some cafe near the boardwalk at 5 pm. So I did what I had to do, I sorta followed her there.
It's around 5:15 when I get to the boardwalk, I get out of my car and walk to the cafe. I don't go in but I see a familiar face through the window. It's Vic and...Ethan. His hand is on her chin looking into her eyes. My own wife, with my brother. I wonder what they're talking about.
I decide to walk in and see for myself
