-Yata's POV-
I watched (y/n) sit down and I couldn't find the power to say anything, no words could compliment how gorgeous (y/n) looked. The dress she wore really looked beautiful on her and the more I stared the more I could feel my face heading up. I started to feel like I was in an oven, I tried to look away from her but my eyes didn't want to look away. She looked at me and I could feel my whole body heat up, I couldn't say a word, I quickly grabbed my menu and tried to calm myself down. I kept on thinking, What is wrong with me?!?! I just stared at her for a complete 5 minutes and haven't said a word to her!
-Your POV-
Yata was still staring at his menu and I didn't quiet understand why he was acting so weird, but it wasn't the first time he started blushing in front of me though. I did admire the maroon tux he was wearing, it fit him well. I could see his full head of hair because of the absence of his beanie. I'm not exactly sure why but I find my eyes gravitating between his swept back chestnut hair and his nervous hazel eyes. The longer I sat there looking at his attractive appearance gradually getting courage to start a conversation.
"So did Fushimi kidnap you too?" I tried to joke. That probably wasn't the best thing to say because something snapped and he slowly raised his head, "What do you mean kidnap? (Y/N) did Fushimi kidnap you?! I swear I'm gonna-" I cut him off, "Yata calm down, it's fine." He sat back in his seat and he said, "Well that's good then, if he did something to you I'd-", he paused as he analyzed his next words, "probably try to kill him." I tried to shake the anger out of his eyes by giving him a smile.
"It's humbling that you're willing to protect me but just try to calm down, I want our first date to be a happy memory." That seemed to catch Yata a little off guard, "F-first date?" I chucked and said, "Well this is a date right?" He looked at me then back at the menu, "Yeah, I guess it is." I looked at my menu and looked for something to eat, everything sounded so good. Yata and I talked until we got our food, I got (whatever food you choose) and Yata got (whatever food). The first bite of my food tasted like the chef chopped off a piece of heaven and put it on my plate. We surprisingly took 2 hours in the restaurant and I started wondering how Yata was convinced to come to the restaurant in the first place. After we were done eating we headed out the restaurant. As we stepped outside I noticed the car that drove me here was pulling up in front of us. The driver came out and approached Yata and I, the driver said, "Madam (Y/N)", I smiled and bowed my head, "I have been sent here to take you both to your hotel room."
-Yata's POV-
I didn't understand who the man was, but apparently he was driving me and (y/n) to a hotel. I assumed that the man was the driver since he headed back to the back passenger side door and opened it for us. I guided (y/n) to the car and helped her in then got in after her. The car ride was surprisingly short and I couldn't believe how huge the hotel was. The driver opened the door. "Your friend said that your room is under Misaki."
-Your POV-
When the car pulled up to the hotel I could feel my eyes widen and my jaw drop. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We entered the hotel together and I hugged onto Yata's arm while we walked to the check in. After we checked in I saw the staff person give Yata a white envelope and a shopping bag, I didn't want to seem nosy so I didn't say anything.
-Yata's POV-
The check in man handed me a white envelope and a shopping bag. I didn't know what was in either one of them. We walked into the elevator and we both leaned against the back of the elevator, I looked at the two objects in my hands. The white envelope had my name on it and the bag had (y/n) name on it. She let go of my arm as I handed her the bag, quickly opening it to look inside it. I looked at the envelope and I slowly opened it. Inside of the envelope was a paper folded three times longways. I slide it out of the envelope and unfolded the paper. As I unfolded it a little blue square sized package fell out and onto the floor, I quickly stepped on it and saw the words "Good Luck" on the unfolded paper. That damn guy, I thought. The elevator got to our floor and (y/n) was the first to make her way out of the elevator. I lifted my foot to pick up the little package. I picked it up and I felt my face turn red again. I quickly shoved the package into my front pocket. I really hope (Y/N) didn't see that, echoed in my head.
-Your POV-
Yata took a couple seconds to get out of the elevator but when he did we walked to our room. I reached out and grabbed Yata's arm. We both stood in front of the hotel room door. Yata took the keycard out of his pocket and quickly opened the door for ourselves. I found it charming that he held it open for me to walk in. I looked around and the room was very elegant and large. I eagerly looked around until I found the bedroom; the bedroom had only one bed but it was a king sized mattress. Giving Yata a playful grin I handed him the bag and jumped onto the bed, completely forgetting that I had a dress on.
"Could you hang me the bag, Yata." I asked while sitting myself up, I looked through the four pieces of clothing that were in the bag. Finding an over sized t-shirt, some short pajama bottoms, a pair of soccer shorts and another t-shirt.
