Adrien POV
I was frozen at the doorway, but my eyes darted across the room. On the walls were pictures, of me! Well, technically Chat Noir. On each wall, covered from top to bottom were photos of Ladybug and I, with our faces circled in red, at different locations. I recognized one as the time we fought Stormy Weather, ladybug and I were smiling at each other. Her sky blue eyes twinkled all over the room, so it took a while before I heard Plagg talking to me.
"Yes?"
"This is the most attention your father has ever paid to you, even if he doesn't know it," Plagg marveled. Just like Plagg to spoil things for me. I traced my hand across Chat Noir's face and sighed.
"Still, why does your father have so many pictures of you and Ladybug?"
"Maybe he has an obsession, I mean everyone has one. Yours is cheese-"
"And yours is your precious Ladybug, or your sweet, darling Marinette."
I decided to ignore Plagg and walked deeper into the room where there was a large door without a knob. My kwami tried his best, but alas he failed. We decided to give up, so I went over to the sliding door and sat down in the chair next to it. With the door closed, I sure we wouldn't be interrupted. Soon, tirednes took over and soon I was asleep.
I woke up to the sound of Plagg desperately calling out to me.
"What, Plagg?" I moaned.
"Someone's coming!"
I bolted out the chair and rubbed the tiredness out of my eyes. "What do you mean, 'someone's coming'?"
"My ears are twitching!" and to prove his point, he gestured to his twitching ears. When Plagg ears twitch, someone or something, good or bad, is coming................ or he's irritated.
"Plagg, transform me!"
I jumped out the sliding door and onto the main road as my transformation took place. I desperately looked around for a place to go, until I spotted the only place available only a few blocks away.

Marinette's POV
With my parents being gone on outing with some friends, I sat home alone. Sure, I mean, they asked if it was alright with me and I said yes, bt it was still pretty lonely. My ankle was already feeling better after two hours of icing it, so now with nothing to do, I felt a little sad.
"I feel so lonely," I mumbled.
"what about me, Marinette?" Tikki asked, waking from her nap.
"I didn't forget you, Tikki."We giggled to ourselves and Tikki hovered over my shoulder. It was a starless night in Paris, and the stars, I guess, were mad today, for normally they're out at this hour. A crescent moon hung in the sky shining brightly and illuminated the path of a dark persona darting towards my house.
"Tikki, look!" I pointed to the dark figure who was still two blocks away, who never stopped running.
"Marinette, what do we do!"
I glanced around the room for a place to hide, until my eyes glanced over the little space between my bed and the wall. I ran towards my bed, fitted myself into the space, and threw the sheet over Tikki and me.
"really, Marinette? This was your idea? Superhero of Paris, really?" Tikki asked disbelievingly. She hovered at my knee waiting for an explanation.
