The Final Showdown(A Miraculous Ladybug Fanfiction)

Chloe's POV

Just as the last word was said, a loud explosion was heard outside. We all jumped up immediately and ran to the window. 

"Well....no time to prepare ourselves," I said nervously. Now we have to put the plan into action, but to be honest, I barely understood it. But it's my first day, and I don't want my team to think I'll drag them down.

Wait....my team. I'm a part of a team, with my favorite superhero, her sidekick (who is really annoying), and a new girl. I've never been a part of a team before, so I hope I can make them proud.

"You guys can do this..........." Master Fu encouraged, "I believe in each of you." A feeling entered my chest when he said that, no one, not even my father, has ever told me they believed in me. Not that I gave them a reason to, but, it makes me want to make Master Fu proud of me.

My team was already running out the door, but before I followed them, I turned to Master Fu. "Thank you for choosing me, I won't let you down."

He smiled, "I know."

"Queen Bee, we don't got all day!" Volpina reappeared in the doorway. I smiled once more at Master Fu and ran out the door, stopping to gasp.

The city was in ruins. Most of the buildings were on fire, people were screaming and running, abandoning their cars in the middle of the road. The Bubbler appeared, and covered the road in bubbles, causing people to slip and fall.

"We have to help them." I said immediately.

"I know, but we have to follow the plan." Ladybug said, and I nodded. We would split up, each taking a different villain based on our strategy, we would do our best not to fight them. Since Ladybug has fought them before, we know where the akumas are. We have to bring all of them to Ladybug so she can cleanse them all at once. 

"Alright team, GO!" They all ran off in different directions, leaving me frozen in place. I'm nervous. I can already see my mom laughing at me, I actually think I'm a superhero, when all I've ever done is been cruel and rude to the people I'll now have to save. and I can't bring myself to move my legs, which were trembling badly.

Until a scream knocked me out of my daze.

I took off running towards the scream, down the street, passing people who stopped running and stared in awe. I almost slipped on the soapy road, but I managed to catch myself. Now, I was in front of the villain Master Fu assigned me. Timebreaker. Alix. She was dashing around tagging people, and soon they disappeared, her akuma was in her skates. But how can i get them off? I don't have Lucky Charm, and I doubt asking her nicely will help.

Alix chased a red haired boy that somehow looked familiar to me. He reminded me of that red haired kid in the back of my class. He screamed "Help!" and I ran. She was too fast, and if i didn't stop her, she'd touch him. 

"Hey!" I yelled, trying to get her attention. "Leave him alone!"

She slowed to a stop, letting Nathaniel(I think it was) get away to safety. I let out a sigh of relief as she turned to face me. She crossed her arms, and rested slightly on her hip, smirking.

"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do?"

"Stop you, of course" I smiled, holding my hand out to my right, trying to summon my staff, although I have never done it before. How did my kwami tell me to do it again? Alix took this as a chance of weakness and started skating towards me. I'm running out of time. I remember now! There was a word, a word that I'm supposed to say but what was it?

"Honey?" i mumbled, "Bee, honey bee.......?"

"Watch out!" someone screamed. Alix was a foot away from me and I was running out of time. Come on, Chloe, think! You're letting Paris down!

"Beehive!" I yelled, swing my arm in front of me, just as Alix's outstretched hand almost reached me. When I swung my hand, my staff materialized in my hand, and covered her whole body in honey, sticking her in place. The staff had a large beehive on the top, filled with an endless supply of honey. I stood as Alix squirmed in the honey's grasp, which covered her like a blanket. 

I actually did it! I defeated her! I'm not useless, am I mother! Ha, you were wrong about me!

I smirked as I knelt down and pulled off Alix's skates, tucking them under my arm. "Thank you, Timebreaker!" And I made my way back to Ladybug. She shouted something at me, but I couldn't hear.

Before I could get far, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned to see Nathanel, looking at me happily, I've never seen him smile like that. "Thank you, so much!" 

"Your welcome," I laughed, happy that he even thought of thanking me.

"What's your name?" he asked.

"Ch-" I cleared my throat, and masked it with a cough. I never was told my name, and Bee Girl didn't really sound that good. Nor did simply Bee. I needed a name with meaning, one that I could be proud of.

"Queen Bee," I decided, and walked away.

By the time I made it back, Volpina and Ladybug were the only two there. I placed the skates down next to Mr. Pidgeon's bird caller, and Copycat's photo on the ground in front of them.

"How was your first day?" Ladybug asked me.

"It was good, actually." My staff was still in my hand and I gripped tightly. It made me feel more powerful. Volpina smiled as she retold her story. Copycat thought she was holding Ladybug hostage(thanks to her illusions) and surrendered. Peice of cake, she said.

"Where's Chat Noir? Shouldn't he be here by now?" she asked, after she finished. Just as she said that, Chat Noir came running down the street, being chased by The Bubbler, screaming like a madman. My eyes widened as he neared. he was holding the bubbler's bubble wand. 

"Someone stop him!" he yelled. Before I had time to react, Ladybug yelled "Duck!" and flung her yoyo, it wrapped tightly around the Bubbler, causing him to fall. Chat sighed and reached us with a look of gratitude. This was paris' superhero?

"Really?" was all I said. 

"What, your villians just let you take their stuff?" he asked, baffled.

"My villian is stuck in honey!" I boasted, crossing my arms proudly. Take that, Chat Noir.

"My villian is with an illusion of ladybug, trying to bring her back to life." Volpina smirked, pleased with herself. Ladybug giggled before telling us we needed to hurry. On 3, I jumped on the skates, causing them to bend, Chat Noir snapped the bubbler's wand in half, Volpina tore the picture in half, and Ladybug shattered the bird caller, by stomping on it. Four akumas, now released, began to fly into the air. Their wings held a purple light that radiated evil, and i couldn't help but feel scared. What monster could create this?

Ladybug cleansed the akumas, and since she didn't use any lucky charms, Paris returned itself to normal. The fires wen5 aout, the buildings rebuild themselves, and people touched by the Timebreaker reappeared. It wasn't until then, I realized we had an audience. Cheers could be heard, and i faced the crowd, smiling and waving.

All of our miraculously beeped, and we all nodded, the second phase of our plan beginning. We would go detransform, feed our kwamis, and meet here in the next 30 minutes. Then, we would walk directly into Daddy Hawkmoth's headquarters.
