[The Wolf Next Door #2] Eclipsed {On Hold}

"Anna?" I yell at the top of my lungs. "Any luck?" I ask Hiccup.

"What do you think? I'm standing right next to you and have you found her yet?" Hiccup asks seeming a bit paranoid.

"No," I say.

"Then chances are that I haven't found her yet either!" he yells making me feel dumbfounded.

I stop in my tracks, making Hiccup stop aswell. "Be quiet" I say as we bith stay still.

A few seconds in, me and Hiccup hear sobbing. "That's Anna" Hiccup says as we both start to look for her.

At the same time, we meet with Merida and Raph. "Anna!" Raph runs over to her and hugs her.

"I just," Anna gasps. "I miss her so much! I miss Elsa!" Anna crys as I take a glance to see what she is carrying.

"Anna, isn't that?" Merida asks.

"One of Elsa's shoes"  I answer. "How did it get here?" Elsa must of set this up. Her shoes were left at my place.

"Do you think she?" Anna says quietly. I can't even stand to watch Anna suffer. It's my fault she is feeling dread.

"Is she missing?" Anna asks.

"Lets hope not, okay?" I hug Anna as the rest of the group joins in for a group hug.

We all start heading out of the forest together making everyone feel safe.

"Oh boy, why did I run away? I have to make-up so much school work now" Anna pouts as we all laugh.

"Well, you're not alone. After you ran all of us ran off to find you. Now we all have work to do," I add with my hands behind my neck.

"Well at least it's not much as yours," the rest of the groups laugh as I roll my eyes.

"What if.." Anna says looking down at Elsa's shoe she was holding.

"Anna, i'm sure she didn't go missing. We just need to hope for the best" I say.

"Cant you see that this is the bests we got? We haven't had a clue to where she is!"

I stayed silent after that. It's only one thing that I cannot answer for the sake of my life and my identity. I knew where Elsa was. She's The New Nightmare now, and I know she's planning something, and I don't like it one bit. Elsa is my mate. I'll do anything to save her from that darkness she consumed.

What am I saying? I did this to her. I betrayed her, she still loved me. Yet. She sacrificed herself.

"JACK!" Hiccup yells.

"Hm?" I say, getting knocked out of my trance.

"Where's Kristoff?" Anna says.

"Didn't we have him in our group?" I asked Hiccup.

"No! He went alone!"

"What?! I thought-- nevermind i'll go look for him" I start running back deeper into the forest.

"Kristoff!" I yell. No luck, of course. I sniff the air, hoping that i'll get a trace of him somehow.

BINGO!

I ran with my inhuman speed and I arrive in front, or near Kristoff. I slowly walk to him.

I take a closer glance at him and he appears to be hurt.

"Kristoff? You okay?" I ask.

Kristoff looks up at me and black smoke surrounds him making him disappear.

..?

How..

"Hello Jack" a voice too familiar says.

"Elsa."

"What?! No greeting? No I love you snowflake?" She grins.

I turn around to see Elsa, and her image that I had of her changed immediately.

What am I talking about?

This isn't her

Her hair was black and her eyes were blood red. Dressed with a dress that was made of black darkness.

She grinned.

"What did you do to Kristoff? Did you hurt him?" I growl.

She laughs and grins.

"Heavens no!" Elsa says as she walks towards me.

She puts her finger on my chin tracing my jawline.

"He'll be the one who does the hurting? Aren't you going to stop me?"

I frown.

"You're too weak, you're still obsessed of my being your soul mate?"

"N-"

"GET OVER IT! I WILL HURT THE ONES YOU LOVE AND YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO ME!"

"Jack!" I hear Anna's voice.

I open my eyes to find the group walking towards me.

"Woah. Jack, you've look like you've seen a ghost, something wrong? Did you find Kristoff?" Anna asks.

"N-no, but knowing him i'm sure he is returning home by now" I say as Anna nods.

We all go home.
