???: Give me a good reason why I shouldn't kill you both right now.

Trey: Woah! Hey, what are you doing?!

???: You know exactly why I'm here. Now answer me.

Trey: Ok, 1: This isn't the first time I've heard that today. 2: No, I don't. And 3: Why are you holding a sword to my throat if I was just watching you?

???: Hm. I guess you're telling the truth.

The man retreives his blade and sheaths it, then gets off of Trey.

???: Sorry about all that. I've just been having a really rough day, so I've been on edge. What you just saw is pretty much what I've been dealing with for the past two days.

Trey: Well, at least you've got that.

???: You saying you've had it worse? Please. How could what's been happening to you be worse than my sittuation.

Trey: You'd be supprised.

???: Well, go ahead. I've pretty much got all day.

The man sits down in the sand, letting his feet be immersed in the cool, refreshing ocean water, as Trey retells his events up to now.

???: Woah, that's..... intense.

Kuro: Trey, you never told me that's what you saw.

Trey: Yea. Sorry, I've just been "on edge" today.

???: Heh, very funny. The name's Vaati, by the way.

Trey: Trey.

Vaati: And your freind...... uh..... pet? What's his name?

Trey: Kuro.

Kuro: Shinx. {Hi there!}

They continue to converse for a while, for about 30 minutes, while Vaati continued to talk about what he's been doing. He was a short man, and was often mistaken for a woman due to his appearance. It wasn't just his cloak and hat that was purple, but his whole body as well, including his clothes, which had parts of red and gold here and there. His hair both covered part of his face and went down to his shoulder blades. his hat seemed to be some sort of elven cap, but had a front peice that made it look like a crown of sorts.

Trey: So you can control the wind, and turn it into your own weapons?

Vaati: Pretty much.

Trey: That's insane.

Vaati: Eh, you get used to it.

Vaati looked up at the sky, and. realizing how much time had passed, decided to cut the conversation short.

Vaati: Well, nice to meet you two. I've got to go soon. Hopefully if I-

Trey: Huh? You were saying something?

Vaati: Get down!

Suddenly, Vaati grabbed Trey and Kuro and jumped into the side of a sand dune. The sand almost covered them completely, but left a little bit of room for sight and air. Trey tried to object, but before he could, Vaati covered his mouth. There, coming from over the dunes, were the soldiers from earlier.

All three of them sat there in silence as they watched the soldiers. They inspected the whole place, looking for tracks of sort, and yelling commands at each other, until one of them said something to the others. They all then decide to follow him. When it finally got quiet, Vaati motioned for them to get up. But before they did, a little robotic ball popped out of the sand, right next to them.

Robot: Neccesary workers aquired. One S-division male, one A-division male, and one E-divison animal. Preparing transportation.

Suddenly, their breathing hole was filled with a strong, foul smelling gas. They were all coughing hard from the gas, and before any of them could do anything, they passed out.

Robot: Gas has taken effect. Reporting back to factory.
