07- ignoring you

I wrote this before and it didn't save so yay :)))))))))

Luna's POV

I haven't talked to Nick in almost two weeks since I found out we go to the same school. I ran into the girls bathroom, and didn't come out until the bell rang. I then ran to class, thankfully Nick didn't see me. I don't know why I'm ignoring him. A part of me is saying that this is just trouble, and I don't need it in my life but I miss talking to him. I want to talk to him.

Since that day I've been skipping lunch and going to the library instead. Shawn keeps asking me why and I just tell him that it's quiet in there. It's not like I'm lying to him. It is quiet in there but I don't go because of that, I go to avoid Nick.

He hasn't tried to talk to me in the past two days. I feel like we aren't going to be talking anymore. I guess I don't have to avoid him now.

I hear a ding come from my phone and walk over to where it laid on my bed. I look to see who it is and out of my luck Nick's name pops up.

I know you are ignoring me

I put my phone down and sigh when I hear another ding.

from nick-
why Luna?

from nick-
did I do something?

from nick-
please just tell me what I did and I'll leave you alone

I decided to reply to Nick. I couldn't do this to him, I couldn't hurt him. I knew how much I hated being ignored and  look at me doing that to others.

what if I don't want you to leave me alone?

you can't just do that

you can't just ignore someone and then randomly come back into their life like nothing happened.

I know and I'm sorry. It just got too much when I found out you knew me. I thought you wouldn't want to be my friend anymore once you actually met  and got to know me.

This has been the longest chapter so far and I'm really happy with it!
