Chapter 4: Hayes

I woke up to Blair and Lauren petting the dogs. "Why are you in my room!" I said whining. "Where'd you get the dogs?!" Lauren and Blair choir together. "Some Debbie lady gave them to us". "Oh" Lauren replied, "Is Jack home yet?" I asked.

"Nope!" She said starting to leave. "Hmm" I wondered. I wrapped the puppy in a blanket. Is it even a girl or boy I wonder we checked, it was a girl. "What's it's name?" Blair said hugging Daisy. "I don't know yet, But I'll think of something" I really liked the name Rhino or sapphire. "How about sapphire?" I asked Blair. "Awe but I wanted to name it hamburger" She cried.

"Blair, Hamburger? Really" I said rolling my eyes. "Come on Daisy!" Blair said running out of the room, and stomping her feet down the stairs. I walked downstairs and had Lauren hold the puppy. "We've decided on Sapphire" I yelled from the kitchen. Blair hopped on the couch with Daisy and turned on Disney channel.

"Are you guys hungry?" I asked, "Yeah!"

"What do you guys wanna eat?" I asked
"Pancakes!" "Eggs!" "Okay" I responded, Opening the fridge. I grabbed the eggs and some berries along with juice. I walked to the cupboard and grabbed the pancake mix and a skillet. I poured the ingredients into the pan.

------------------15------- mins later.

"Breakfast is done" I grabbed the plates and cups and sat them on the table, along with the food and silverware.

After everyone was done eating I put the dishes into the sink, went up stairs washed my face, brushed my hair and teeth, put mascara on and EOS. I walked to my bedroom. I opened the closet and grabbed Mint/Grey Victoria secret PINK Short sleeve shirt and, White shorts. I heard the front door open. Daisy started to bark. Wait Daisy, Jack and mom don't know about them!

"DAISY!!!" I said running to grab her. Mom was standing in the kitchen, "Havana.... Do you wanna explain why theirs a huge dog on my expensive new marble flooring?" She said folding her arms and tapping her high heels. "Uh you see-" "Mom look it's a puppy!!" Lauren squealed. "Havana Lea Gilinsky! What the hell is this?!"
She boiled. "I- I can explain!" I said running to grab the note.

"Debbie lowes? " She seemed confused. "Oh I Remember her!" She continued.
"She said she was a neighbor" I began. "She used to always bring over chocolate chip cookies!" She said setting her keys down. "Havana" she signed. "We can't keep them!" She shook her head. "Why? Why can't we keep them, their perfectly good" I whined.

"Because! I work to much! We're never home! That's a puppy Havana, it needs attention constantly!" She babbled.
"Correction, your always gone not just a day but two weeks soon months! Me, Blair and Lauren are always home, plus we love them!" I rolled my eyes. "I'm glad you guys love them, but dogs take responsibility! Havana, were moving to North Carolina! How are we gonna take them?!" She argued.

"I don't know! How about air cargo like normal people do!"

"Havana how about we get a fish instead!" She smiled. "Fish? FISH?! Are you serious, you can't interact with a fish they just sit around and float!" I shouted. "Don't yell at me young lady! I'm the parent you do as I say!" She yelled. "Dad would let us keep them!" I mumbled before running upstairs. "What have I told you about mentioning dad?! HAVANA! Get back here!" She yelled.

"WHYS IT SO BAD ABOUT MENTIONING DAD?! YEAH HES DEAD BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN WE NEED TO FORGET ABOUT HIM!" I yelled. "GO TO YOUR ROOM!" She screamed. "YOU CANT JUST KEEP SENDING ME TO MY ROOM JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO AVOID TALKING ABOUT THINGS!"

"You can come out when you've learned to listen to me!" She rolled her eyes before closing the door. "I'll listen to you when you learn to be a responsible parent!" I instantly regretted saying that.
