chapter 7 ◇

-- Jessie's POV--

I was in class hayes wasn't in this class but my other class he is in it, I am not ready to face him after what just happened but I don't want to show it. Actually I am good at not showing my feelings, so he won't know anything. I just hope I don't mess up my plan, like seriously.

-- SKIP to after class --

I was walking to my locker when hayes came up to me, I started walking pretending not to notice him since he didn't see me looking at him. I went on my phone so it didn't seem really obvious I was ignoring him.

"Hey jess, what's up?" Hayes said right next to me, I just walked again thinking what to say back. Right when I was about to say something he said something again, "are you ok jess?" He asked me. "Yeah I was about to say something, but you interrupted me." I said and smiled back at him. He just nodded his head and followed me, I went to my locker and put my stuff in there.

I was not okay at this moment, Hayes sucking face with Tiffany. I'm am not alright, I am heartbroken, sad. I have mixed emotions right now, I can't even think straight. I probably am making a weird face, but whatever i don't care at this moment.

I went to my next class which was science, I sat with my friend Beth and Hayes sat up front with Gary. I don't really talk to Gary but I know he's cool, I've actually talked to him a couple times because sometimes we would bump into eachother.

"Hey beth, what's up?" I said to her when I sat next to her, she was doing something on her phone. When I spoke she looked up at me and smiled. "Oh hi Jess, and I'm just texted someone. I know from Virginia." She said and smiled widely, so I started teasing her. "Doesn't Beth have a crush??" I said and started poking her which made her blush. "Should I plan the wedding?? Wait wait,, teal or red?" I said and put my hand over my mouth and started squealing, she knows I'm kidding but doesn't mean it won't come true. "Oh shut up, your making me embarrassed." She said and put her hand on her face to cover her blushing from the people around us.

"Hah, fine but what's his name? I need some answers." I said laughed then smiled. "His name is Matthew espinosa, he is 17 years old. I haven't met him yet, but I started talking to him on twitter." She said looking in front of her like he was right I front of her. She was totally day dreaming, I wonder who he is.

Class just started, so me and beth had to be quiet because of our science teacher, he is a bat. Just saying like even the littlest whispers he would always hear them and ask who it was. It's kind of funny, the boys in my class would make fun of him, like this one time before class they would write in he board 'Mr.BatEars' with bars all around it, it was kind of funny though. How his reaction was he looked somewhat dumbfounded.

-- end of boring class home time --

School was over like finally, I was walking to my locker to get all my things but expect my books for tomorrow's class. I walked out of the school, and was almost home when I seen hayes kissing Tiffany on his front porch. I hope he doesn't notice me, I put my hood on and walked with my phone in hand. I hope he forgets the deal at the mall, I don't really wanna go out with him right now or atleast talk to him. I went in my house without getting noticed, I threw my bag on the floor like I always do.

You mother was just coming down the stairs, when she seen me she hugged me and asked about my day at school. I didn't wanna talk about it, so I just told her it was ok even though it was not. I wish it was easy to talk about stuff with people but it is hard, I hate talking. She nodded her head and kissed my forehead and went somewhere I don't know. I went to my room and went to the place I like to keep a secret, no one knows about this place but me.

I was in the secret room, of my room. I didn't know about this till I broke something a while ago and it just sounded different from the other wall, so I went to go check it. I found a door knob but it doesn't show from far away, it was like camouflage. But when u look closely you could see it. It was like a hiding place from robbers or something.

I went in there, I put some of my stuff in here just in case I didn't want anyone to find me. I put a TV in here and a couch, there was a rug in the bottom. I put a lamp next to the couch and the TV across from the couch. I sat on my couch that I took out of my room to put it here, I sat down and put on the tv. I started watching grown up 2 and laughed at the funny parts. But I still could think of how hayes was kissing Tiffany

I fought with my mind like it was some other person I was talking to, but I hate talking to myself. the movie was over so watched Meadowland, it was my favorite movie. I've watched it multiple times yet it is still my favorite.

I checked the time on your phone and it was 6:11 pm, I'm not ready to get out of here. I don't wanna go to the mall with hayes, I'm mad at him.. Scratch that I'm pissed at him, why did it have to be Tiffany out of all the girls in the school. Atleast not her, it can be someone else. Like me. Ugh I hate u brain, but your the one making me smart. So thank you, but stop thinking like that,

-- Hayes' POV --

I don't even know why I was kissing Tiffany, when I was waiting for jessie out side of the school, she came and told me to go to my house. So I did I don't know why, she was quite hot though. But not as pretty as jess, but she wouldn't go out with a guy like me so I continued to kiss her. We were outside of my house on the porch, I was kissing her and when I looked up a girl was walking by us on her phone. But i didn't break the kiss, it was getting heated. She started to whisper in my ear "I need you, right now." Tiffany whispered in my ear.

I thought for a moment and thought 'but she wasn't jess, I can't do this' I didn't wanna do this right now. I'm a virgin and I only wanna do it with jess, yes I know it's crazy since I am 15 and I don't know how old she is, I'll just ask her later. I told Tiffany I had to go inside, and told her to go home. Cause I don't wanna take her inside since I barely know her....

I went inside to be greeted by my mother, she was cleaning up a bit. I went to my room to text jess, but when I was about to send it Nash came and took my phone. I chased after him, and when I got up to him he didn't have it. He hid it somewhere, ugh I hate when he does this. I was looking all over the place but I still didn't find it, I guess I'll have to use the old fashion way. Tell my mom...😎😎
