It was morning and everyone was still asleep I was the last one to fall asleep last night and I still woke up first. Seth was the second one to wake up. When he was wide awake he smirked down looking at Kadi on his chest. He then put his hands behind his head to make it as a pillow. "You two look like you slept comfortable" I said standing in front of Seth whispering making sure not to wake the others. "Well she was injured and she still is so she has a major reason to do this" Seth said defending himself and Kadi. I rolled my eyes, smiled and walked away starting to climb a rock. I checked if there were any cranks left from last night so we can leave this dumb place that Meredith brought us into, I'm not blaming anyone though. Kadi slowly woken up looking down at Seth's chest. She started to blush as soon as she looked up into Seth's blue-green eyes. Kadi then quickly stood up like nothing happened but she held on to her stomach from the pain. "Ok now that we're all up lets get going" Nic announced while picking up his bag and the group did the same. Nic was still our leader no matter what happens he would always be, unless he dies of course.
Everyone kinda separated into little groups but still were close. Meredith and Peyton were talking to each other. Kyle and Aris were also doing the same just talking. Those two would always seem like close friends. Nic and Luke were planning on what to do about supplies. Tony and Gracey were helping Kadi by giving her some company. I just went to talk to Seth for a bit, who was in the front alone leading the group, "Hey Seth" I said running towards him. "Oh hey Jenny" he answered not looking at me. "I just wanted to say something to you, something really important." "Ok what is it." "Well you know how Kadi was sleeping on your chest last night" I said trying so hard not to laugh cause he was starting to blush a little remembering last night. "Anyway you should probably just back away now. I heard Nic called dibs on her anyways" I looked over at Seth who looked upset at what I just said.
"Ok so why are you telling me this anyways. It's not like I care." He seemed annoyed already. "Cause I know you like her. Just admit it right now Seth you like Kadi" I said looking up at Seth smiling. "I don't know what you mean Jenny. I just like Kadi as a friend" he said starting to get mad a little while raising his voice. "Yea you do then you wouldn't be getting so mad and a while ago you were blushing remembering last night." I said looking confident and feeling like I just outsmarted this guy. "Ok yea I do like Kadi but I guess she is Nic's girl for now" Seth looked down. "Wow finally you admit it. I was just kidding Seth I made up the whole Nic thing. I was just waiting for you to admit it. I also have two more things to say. First, I just outsmarted you and I am proud of that cause you are the first smartest guy here. Second, Kadi likes you too so you better tell her you like her sooner or later because she might get over you and move on. Seth looked up at me and smiled. I could tell he wanted to hear that in forever. So, I smiled right back at him.

     Jenny told me that Seth wanted to talk for a bit. So I started to walk towards Seth slowly holding on to my stomach, it was still in pain. Seth helped me walk while he started to talk to me. "Ok Kadi I talked with Jenny and she told me you liked me. Is that true or is she just messing with me?" Seth said looking at me waiting for me to answer but I just blushed. "Yea it is true but if you don't feel the same way. I understand" I looked down and held on to my stomach tighter. I hated how my feelings towards Seth collided with the pain from the cranks. "Kadi don't put yourself down, I like you too. I actually always have. Ever since a couple weeks after you came up the box from the maze." He held my hand and I didn't refuse it. "So does that make you my girlfriend" he said happily. "Yes Seth" I smiled back at him and hugged him. He hugged me back and thanks to Jenny we were finally together. "So we finally have our first couple in the group" Luke said with Nic, Jenny, and Tony by his side. "Yup I guess I was the lucky one" he said putting his arm around me. I smiled at Jenny and she smiled and nodded back at me.
Then we went off going to take a break for a drink under a perfect shelter area. I sat down and just took a quick little nap against the rock. I was awaken by aloud helicopter sound that was apparently WICKEDs. We stood still underneath the shelter we took. Then Peyton ran away going towards the helicopter. She got their attention and the helicopter landed. We all ditched Peyton and WICKED and started to run away from them both. I couldn't run I only could walk so Seth came back for me. He me lifted up carrying me while he ran to catch up. We hid inside a worn down building. We sometimes heard the WICKED guards talk out loud so we hid where they couldn't find us. All I can think now was Peyton betraying everyone in the group.

Thanks for reading this chapter. I know what you are all thinking right now "Ew romance" but I had to add it at least cause I loved how it all went through. I also laughed at times when I reread this chapter (I would even sometimes hear Meredith going "That's cute." Anyways first couple in the group, one betrayer, and now we're left with seven teens and one kid (Never forget about little Tony). What will become of the group next.
