I felt two arms wrap around me.

I turn around in my bed to see who it was.

"What do you want, Adian?" I asked him.

He just smiled at me.

"Aidan, if you don't want anything, leave me alone." I told him.

His grip on me tightened and he brought me closer to him.

"Aidan-"

"Lucy, I know when there's something bothering you. And I have no problem if you don't wanna tell me what it is. Just, let me be the one to hold you and make sure you're safe." He said and kissed my forehead.

"It's okay to not tell me everything. But I will make sure that you'll be happy." His hand caressed my cheek.

"I know you won't tell me everything, and it's fine. But as long as you know that I will be there for you to cling onto, I don't need to know your problem. You wanna tell me, you tell me. But just so you know, I'm always gonna be here for you. I will comfort you with my words and warmth, and I will hold you close until I have to." He looked at me with sincerity twinkling in his eyes.

"I love you, Lucy."

I smile and bury my head in the crook of his neck, my hands on his chest.

Of course he will be there for me.
Of course he will comfort me.
Of course he will be worried for me.
And of course he loves me.

He is my brother, after all.

I closed my eyes and sighed.

"I love you more, big bro."
