chapter 27

VICTORIAS POV



I groaned as the sunlight hit my eyes I moved around the bed and didn't feel Hayden next to me . That just made my morning - hint the sarcasm . I wobbled into the bathroom and wet my face to awaken me more , I put my nest hair into a cute/messy bun . I took out a pair of shorts and a top that was casual , I didn't have plans for the day anyways . I made my way down stairs and found Ariana sitting on the couch alone .

"Where's Mason? And have you seen Hayden?" I asked .

"We woke up and then Hayden got an alert from the pack warriors and Mason went with him to see what the problom was" she answered .

"Well it seems no ones here today...so are you going to cook" I smiled nicely at Ariana as I made my way to the spot on the couch next to her .

"Hah you wish , you're cooking" she suddently burst out laughing , and I gave her a questioning look .

"We b-both know y-you can't cook" she said inbetween laughs . I frowned and then burst out laughing .

"Good one , now lets go get some food because im hungry" I huffed.

"Mason and Hayden said not to leave the house...but I'm not cooking,eating your cooking, or starving to death so lets go" she hollered .

I jumped in the drivers side of my range rover while Ariana got in the passengers side . We made our way to town since its about a 30 minute ride .

We where driving , 10 minutes had passed when we felt a car push us off the road , I lost control of the truck and then we where flipping over . The air bag hit my face , and I felt blood dripping off my forehead . The truck suddenly came to a stop and I was dragged out of the truck by a man .
I saw Ariana lying next to me slightly unconscious .

"This is just a warning" the man spoke I took in every detail of his face to remember him .

I saw Ariana close her eyes and hold her stomach in pain .
Just then pain shot through me and I couldn't hold in the scream any longer.

'Hayden please help me' I mind linked Hayden hoping he would hear me I couldn't move it felt like every bone in my body was broken , I lifted my head just enough to inspect my bulging stomach I saw blood and panicked .

'Hayden help me please!!!'


ARIANA'S POV
-after crash-

Oh lord please help me don't let my children die. Was the only thought that went through my head. I was dizzy and barely conscious when I heard the man say

"This is just a warning"

I closed my eyes gently , welcoming the sleep that was coming to me . The pain was to much .

'Mason...'



HAYDEN'S POV
-a few minutes before the crash-

Frustrated.

The only word I could describe my self in right now , Mason was standing next to me and we where both trying to figure out how 5 rouges had gotten into my territory . I just wanted to get home to my fiancée . Instead I have to bother with 5 assholes who won't tell me how they got in to MY territory and what they wanted here .

"Torture them until they decide to speak" I ordered one of the pack warriors .

"Yes Alpha" he nodded in return .

'Hayden please help me' Victoria's voice entered my head . She sounded panicked and I wasn't liking it.

"Mason where leaving to find Victoria and Ariana" I growled .

He nodded and we shifted into the woods running towards the pack house.


MASONS POV
-after they run towards the house-

'Mason...'
I heard Ariana's voice drift off into silence in my head . Hayden growled and pushed his speed faster and so did I . I needed to get to Ariana .

'Ariana answer me what happned?' I questioned but I got no reply .
