And so it has begun, it has been only about two week of endless wave after endless wave after endless wave of chaos. But we are on the cusp of victory. Virtuous and pious, the Elven society has greatly accepted our angelic blessings. There is no turning back now. Nyx’s resources have been exhausting and the final cracks in her thinned out and brittle nation are coming apart. All that is left is that final stake in her heart. Mortica, by Heaven’s Will, lend us your hand of destruction!

Allue has kept strong through the char and ash. He and his valiant forces have come running into the darkness without cowardice. A great man and an even greater fighter. A natural taskmaster, he has won over lord Draken and Nyx’s wits time after time again. Oh how I wished I could have been there in their most excellent valor.

I havn’t heard much from Mortica yet, but I have a strong sense that she too has conquest assured. Her generals are left lost in obscurity, left defenseless against our onslaught of holy might. Nyx’s chilling hexes and auras have started to fizzled completely and her Midas’s touch fading. I only pray that she may return safely; she has much healing to have.

As for me, the liberation of the Myrditch has proven to be most wonderful in our quest. Undaunted by the demon’s cries, the residents have become a formidable fighting force through the aid of my holy enchantments. While the Vampire Lord has fled into one of Nyx’s divisions, the lesser vampire nobles are struggling as equally as us. But the last pillar of evil has shattered on the break of autumn.

“No Rest! No Mercy! Let them squeal in the pig pens of Hell!” I bellowed

The screams of a thousand men and women came in unison as they make their way into the fortified epicenter of the province of Mortyiana, a province of an ever greater and ghastly swamp world than the Myrditch. Not even the most vigilant and cold blooded of vampires and werewolves can defeat the assault of our holy might. Necromancers and deathright shamans fell short on their magic and I can hear the panic in their voices as they play their last card.

“What do you mean there are no more extra troops to come!?” panicked one of the

officers

I laughed and continued the battle, grateful that the Hands of Fate has chosen me.

The Myrdtich’s militia was down to its last hanging threads. As soon as we barged into the inner city wall, one of the vampire nobles hollered out “We Give! We Give! We Give!”, and that was the end. The army cheered and shouted in celebration as a new might has come to take its place of Nyx. The few elites were then arrested and sent off into their own prisons, to have their ironic sentencing.  Festival fires were set around town as everyone cheered and danced thought the streets. I got on to high ground in order to make my proclamation.

“Heros of all, great and strong! Each and every one of you have fought valiantly and bravely that it makes this angel’s heart gleam with pride! To think that a trifling band of men and women have faced off against such a formidable pair of dark steel arms! My allies, my friends, freedmen of Mortaniya! I have declared this this day shall be forever known as the Die Virtutis! Day of Powers. It shall be written into the most intense stone that the Newborn has crawled into the night and declared with a solemn declaration ‘No More!’ Behold the gifts of our labor! The Kingdom of Ars Gothica and Eythertlarn has been born!”

I would have said that the people have cried out in a deep, euphoric, and passionate cheer, but that is merely an understatement.

I shepherded the people back home, where Allue and his party have ceased their fire. Everyone has been enthralled by their second great victory. The two merged into one giant array of essential happiness.

“Have you found any signs of Mortica’s return?” I asked?

“No Lord, I have not.” Said Allue

Then Mortica flashed into existence with a blissful look on her.

“I finally got revenge on my mom. Her kingdom is in shambles!”

She pounced me and gave me a deep, romantic kiss as Allue stared at us with surprise.

“Well now you know. I am going to be Adraman’s love interest!” said Mortica

Allue still just looked at me dumbfounded, his expression tells me that he thinks this paring is all wrong.

“Don’t worry Allue, I won’t have Mortica corrupt me in any way.”

She just winks at me seductively.

“She needs a hand to hold.”

“Mmm-Hm.” She nodded

“I’ll pray that she won’t, I’ll pray.” Allue said grimly
