Unrest spilled along the Myrditch, civil unrest was total and inevitable among the wealthy class. Any attempt to reason with them was fallen onto deaf ear. But as always, they were indolent and falsely passionate. The citizenry were left in the cold, not giving a dart of acknowledgment, the enlightened did not credit the arguments of the nobles, and on the surface, Morytania was fine for everyone except for the Nobles, who asks for more and more.

The first day of sending footmen to enlist a more detailed census of the Province, they were childishly excluded from entering the city. Negotiations were a useless exchange of breath. When they threated to release their own men, I sprang into action, speaking softly and carting a sharp sword.

“The statute was clear! By the order of your Lord, Adraman, I demand you open your gates!.

“Not while I stand with my heart to Morytania, you perverted tyrant!” shouted one of the guards

“This is not negotiable! Either open the gates or we will force them open!”

“We will not risk having our honor tarnished like this!”

“As suppose to having your honor tarnished by acting like a child and throwing a tantrum. I have no problem calling in a platoon and breaking down the doors ourselves!”

“You see this?! Do you see yourself?! Even more reasons why you shall not enter!”

“Are you seriously this stupidity brazen?! I give you but one more chance, open the gates, or we will!”

My soul fire ignites once more as the soldiers ready their arms to protect and serve the law. My newly mastered arcane mental powers are ready to fuse onto my audacious white magic.

“For the last time no, you disgusting hog!”

“As you wish, Charge!”

They come rushing towards the gate's lock mechanism, ferociously trying to break down the doors. I got up and flew over the walls and try to break apart the crowd behind the door trying to keep it shut. Without drawing my sword, I condense my energy into my hands and infusing it with a bit from my mind. With this non-leath approach, I send out waves of energy into the crowd. A part of them dispersed, now disoriented. Then comes the sages and warlords, eager to drown me in a sea of curses and hexes. I tried to counter every spell they threw at me, but some slipped through. The dark aura crawled into my veins, hindering my magical flow. That opened the opportunity for more curses to be laid onto me. I was nearly subdued until the gates were blasted open. With the mages distract, I drew my sword and slashed their legs, leaving their lives spared but now disabled by pain.

“Are you alright, Lord?” said a mage, breaking the curses placed on me

“I am fine, just keep punching through. We still have the inner gates.”

Though now weakened, I kept on the assault, undaunted by the vampire's screeches and horrors.

And as we kept on with the battle, something strange, yet obvious was beginning to happen. The opposing forces dramatically dropped their moral, as if a cloud of melancholy swiped over them. Only the vampire lords, thought not as numerous, kept on the fight. Though few, they were powerful. Their spells equaling out combined strength. Soon a stalemate was reached at the inner city gates. However, in a surprised twist, the werewolves came rushing in from the corners of the city to fight among us.

“We may not appreciate your way of life, angel. But I'll be damned if I let these gluttons pass by easily. Truce?” said an alpha werewolf

“Truce.” I said without hesitation.

And so the rebellion of the Myrditch kept going, a endless rain of madness. But with the aid of the pacts , the stalemate was resolved in our favor and the Nobles regretfully surrenders.

“Now tell Lord Draken that I shall keep a constant supply of troops within these walls to make sure that the law has been enforced. And as pay for your insolence, you must pay for the damages done by these rebellions. Try and see how much though I can get with the law. Everyone else, move out!”

And so begins the first major crack within the union. Soldiers are left to inspect the Morytania and give an unbiased report of the region. Of course they encounter friction between the opposing party but the managed well. The only true problem was the Noble's most juvenile and stark response to this.
