Y/N POV:
I was walking home from work because my brother forgot to pick me up. I have to walk past a whole bunch of bad areas to get to my house. When i was walking through this bad neighborhood I seen a group of guys, I put my head down and act like I'm playing on my phone. I hear them say.
"Hey baby" one says
"Sup cupcake" the other one said
"You free tonight" one more says
I could hear someone walking up to me so I started walking fast, until he called my name. I turned around to see... Odell. He lives in my neighborhood, and is my brothers friend.
"What are you doing here" I said
"I seen you walk out of your job and start walking, so I followed you." He said
" thank you Jesus I needed someone to walk with me" I said to him
"Your welcome" he said laughing.
I gave him a look and began to walk, we talked the whole way to my house. When we got to my front door he looked at me.
"Look I like you a lot and I think we should be more than friend" he said fast
" I don't know what to say, because I want to but your a player I don't want to get hurt."I said
"Oh" he said
I felt bad for him I didn't say yes but I didn't say no. I heard about his past and how he plays girls and I don't want to be apart of that.
" look how about when you get your self together and focus on the one girl you want and not all these other girls then I will think about it." I said
"Okay" he said
I kissed his cheek and walked in the house to yell at my stupid brother for forgetting me at work and making me walk!!
