Chapter 1 - Everything is The Same

***Amy's POV***

6:30am. My alarm goes off. I jump up all excited. It's the first day of junior year, and at a new school. I moved from Bradford to Wolverhampton.

I keep running through my mind how I want this year to go. This is my last year before senior year. It needs to be perfect.

I realized my alarm was still going off. I looked over and it now read 6:40am. I shut the alarm off and jumped in the shower.

After my shower, I went to my closet and picked out a cute purple top with sparkles, and my favorite pair of black skinny jeans.

I threw on a pair of purple vans, finished getting ready, and ran out the door after saying goodbye to my parents.

I walk to school because my house is only 2 blocks away.

As I begin to approach Elmsworth High, I see all the groups scattered about. There are the populars, the brainy nerds, the band nerds, and the average people, but then something catches my eye.

I see this guy sitting all alone. It appeared to be, that even the nerds wouldn't except him. My heart sank to my stomach. How can someone be so bad that even the nerds ignore them?

Everything is exactly the same. There is always that one person who had nobody, and I'm going to put an end to it, whether it costs me a reputation or not.

I decided, being a person who knows how it feels, to go talk to him.

"Hi. My name is Amy," I say to him.

"M-my na-name is Le-Leeroy," he says back.

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Leeroy."

He looks up and looks all confused.

"What's the matter, Leeroy?" I ask him.

"Why are you talking to a nobody like me?" He manages to reply.

"Because I'm not like those jerks. Trust me. Stick with me. I'm sure things will turn out better." I say giving him a welcoming smile.

He smiles back and gives me a nod.

I don't normally write fanfictions. I normally just read and enjoy, but I decided to give it a try.

I've seen all these fanfics about Marcel but I haven't seen any for Leeroy, so I decided, why not. Lol. So let me know how you like it so far.
