Chapter 4

Isabella's POV

I walked into the cafeteria looking around and confused, but I'm trying to blend in I turn around and see Grayson, he takes my hand 

"Izzy we sit over here" Grayson says

I'm trying not to loose my cool because Grayson just took my hand and hasn't let it go, we haven't even confirmed that we're friends yet, we walk over to the table hand in hand and we were getting wolf whistled at by the guys sitting there, Ethan turns around to see what's going on, he sees us holding hands and his entire body changed his posture, his jaw was tense, his face was red,  he's cute when he's jealous but I'm not with either of them so neither of them should be. We go and sit down and I sit directly across from Ethan, I am not holding Grayson's hand anymore but Grayson is still sitting beside me. Once Ethan realizes he looks up and starts talking to me again, I don't know what just happened but all I know is that I wouldn't want to be on their bad sides. Ethan starts up conversation but looks at Grayson when he says it,

"so Izzy what are you doing this weekend, I would love to hang out"

"Well I am doing nothing, yeah we can hang out if you want" I am so confused on what's going on right now

Grayson looks pissed, am I missing something here 30 seconds ago we was happy, these boys confuse the crap out of me, this is going to be a long lunch, Grayson put his arms around my waist when we stood up after break ended, but I quickly got out of it hoping I didn't offend him

"sorry, I uh.." Grayson seemed so awkward

"it's okay, we are friends and if there were to be anything else that would need to happen before holding hands and hugging, okay" I hope I didn't come off mean

"oh yeah, it's fine" he said scratching his head looking embarrassed

Ethan kind of laughed when I turned down Gray, damn these twins sure are nice to each other

Grayson's POV 

I grabbed Izzy's waist thinking it would be cute but to be honest I just made a huge fool out of myself and got friend zoned, I am so embarrassed but it didn't help that Ethan asked her out on a date right in front of me when he knows that we both feel the same way about this girl, him laughing at me didn't hurt but when I saw that Izzy saw that's when I became embarrassed again, I need to talk to Ethan right now, as soon as Izzy went to her locker to get her stuff for the next class I needed to get stuff straight with Ethan,

"Ethan we need to talk right now" I sounded pissed and that's because I was

"what do you want Grayson, are you mad that Izzy and I are hanging out this weekend or are you mad that she totally rejected your hug, or is it both?" I wanted to slap him right then and there

"you know what we both like her, but who is the one that she likes, huh, have you thought about that"

"you know what Grayson a girl shouldn't get in between us, how about we see who messes up first or who makes the first move, then we decide who gets her" Ethan said

"we're talking about her like she's a toy, we need to let her choose it's only fair"
