Fast forward to the next day
Isabella's POV
Today is the day that Grayson and I go out, I'm excited but scared all at the same time. I know I can be friends with him but more than friends, yeah I want that and I want it bad but I am still having trust issues, honestly Grayson could be the guy to change all of that for me, I really hope he does.
I have just started to get ready and I think I know what I will wear, I just hope I'm not dressed too casual because I don't know where we're going. I wore a army green t-shirt dress, some over the knee white socks and some knee high brown boots with my hair down and wavy.
It's 2pm and Grayson has arrived at Izzy's house
Grayson's POV
I'm so nervous and I don't know why, I feel like this is the most scared that I've been for a date ever, I just want it to be perfect. I knock on the door and wait for Izzy to answer but it's her brother, the scary one Ethan told me about.
"Hi Ethan" he said
"Sorry I'm not Ethan I'm his twin Grayson"
"Oh, now I feel awkward"
"Trust me it's not the first time we've been mistaken for eachother" I replied
He invited me inside
"now I'm going to tell you the same thing i told your brother, she is not going to have her heart broken by you, you will not treat her poorly, she has just gotten out of a rough relationship just over a year ago and doesn't trust anyone, so I'm going to warn you know if she decides to trust you and let you in, you will not break her trust again, you hear me. She was treated extremely poorly"
Taylor began explaining to me what happened, I never pictured Izzy to be the one that went through eating disorders and couldn't trust anyone.
Now I know that she really is different and if she is giving me the chance to gain her trust than she is worth it. I will try and try until I gain it, that's a promise that I will keep to myself forever.
Isabella's POV
I walk down the stairs to see Grayson sitting there waiting for me with Taylor, I finally found out that I am not too casual and now I can calm down.
"Izzy you look....wow" he said to me
I couldn't help but blush but I really didn't want to because my brother was standing right there
"Well let's go" I say to him
