Dakota's P.O.V.
The first thing that I did once I got off of the plane was text Lucy -who was the girl from the last airport- and told her that the trip went great and that she should definitely ride one day. I told her that she could always come visit us and I put a winky face beside it. She messaged me back and said that she might have to do that once we get settled in.
We walked outside without our bags because we paid extra to have them shipped to us since there were so many of them. We also had my jeep shipped to us (which was very expensive but worth it considering that it is my baby.) When we got to the parking lot my jeep was waiting there for me. I ran up to it and hugged it saying, "I missed you baby. Who's the best jeep ever? You are! You are!"
"You are so weird Dakota," Aleea said while Marissa was standing beside her laughing very hard. I just rolled my eyes and got in while starting the car. Aleea and Marissa got in as well but of course Aleea was sitting up front beside me while Marissa was in the back. I looked up the address to our new house on my phones GPS. We were a whole hour away! I started driving but it wasn't even 10 minutes when I found a Starbucks with a drive-thru. I pulled in and ordered a Verde Carmel Frappuccino with a Double shot of expresso. Aleea ordered the same thing but Marissa ordered a banana smoothie and a banana-nut muffin. We got to the window and I paid and we got our stuff. We continued driving and drinking our caramel or banana deliciousness. I was driving just a little above the speed limit so we got there in forty minutes.
When we got out of the car, I was already happy with my purchase. It was two stories and had a basement along with a four car garage. It was light grey and from the outside it looked beautiful. I looked underneath the flower pot on the porch and got the key. When I opened the door I was in shock and so were Aleea and Marissa. There was an entryway with a spiral staircase. The staircase had gold colored metal railing and the house was fully furnished with new couches, beds, book cases, end tables, cabinets, dressers, chests of drawers, and TV stands with TV's pre-installed and Blu-ray players in each room. There were six bedrooms and five and a half baths. Each bedroom was the size of a master bedroom and the bathrooms had all new showers and sinks. There was all new carpet, a new kitchen table, new refrigerator, new freezer, and a new washer and dryer. It even had all the kitchen supplies and utensils that we could ever need.
The girls started running around giggling like children. Since I wasn't goofing around I went around to the rooms to see which one I wanted. I chose the one that had a wall that was almost all window and slid open to a balcony. It was also the biggest. It was larger than a master bedroom. The bed was custom made. It was double the size of a king bed. There was a 70 inch ultra 4 k TV in it.
"CRAP! Marissa, we let Dakota pick the best room," Aleea groaned.
"Next time don't goof around so much. Stupid faces," I said with a smirk.
"I hate you Dakota," said Marissa.
"Honestly, as long as I get the big room I don't give a crap," I said while snickering.
With that statement, the doorbell rang. I said, "I'll get it. It is probably our luggage."
