Justin Pov

"justin!, Justin! over here!, who are you dating! on and on this is what the.paparazzi been doing sinve I got to the espys/dinner gala. I know as an nfl player it comes with the territory. But I don't like how they are always in my face and business and if I am blessed enough to get leah..I don't want her to have to deal with this.But I can't see myself with anybody else I need to calm down one step at a time justin (talking to self). suddenly the camera direct their attention towards a figure coming out in a black escalade..its a female I can't really see her but as the figure gets closer my heart starts doing back flips and my palms start sweating. I make sure I have my shades on and nervously start walking towards her.time to get in to characther..."excuse me miss are you leah?"

Leah Pov

"who are you wearing?, what's your name, where is your date? were the questions I was getting asked by the camera crew if this is what celebrities deal with then I'm glad I'm not one of them! I start towards the carpet where attendees get there pictures taken. Then I feel someone grab my arm I turn and see a guy in a black and white tux with shades on..(weird) "excuse me miss are you leah??" I stand frozen in shock for a minute. how does he know my name then I remember that I have a date for the night."ughh yes..jullian?" 

Justin-(frowns then remembers plan and nods) "that's me,you ready to go in??" 

camera crew-"mr. combs can we get a couple pics with you and your date?!" what's her name?!, love your dress who are you wearing?, she's stunning!, justin where have you been hiding her?!" 

Leah-"yeah I'm ready to go in now!!" 

Justin-(grabs her arm leads/her in behind him) "Leggo!" 

Justin Pov

I'm surprised she hasn't recognized me yet. but I ain't complaining tho shiit a nigga more than chill. It feels good to sit here across from leah even if she doesn't know its me yet... it reminds me of when we were at chipotle back in college. she just so...different ya know and I'm feeling that. sitting here talking with her making me realize she is not like them other broads out here who just want me for fame, money, my last name. She is independent and can hold her own without a nigga...damn that's sexy! it was getting dark in here because the show was about to start I had been nominated for 2 awards "rookie of the year", and "quarterback of the year" it felt amazing to get recognized for my hard work. anynway i thought it was safe for me to take the shades off so i did. Leah didn't notice me take them off she was to busy mingling with the people at the table next to us.

Leah Pov

I was enjoying the dinner date and jullian was being a gentlemen it was the same just like when we were texting and talking over the phone. But something seemed so familiar about him tho like.. Iike I had met him before. maybe its just deja vu, then it got dark I guess the show is about to start. 

Announcer-"welcome to the 2013 espy's/dinner gala. I would like to congrajulate all of the nominees you guys have worked really hard and whether you win or lose know that your efforts have been recognized" 

Justin-(gets a text from leslie) "we have a problem!!" 

reply-"what are you talking abo-(gets interupted by announcer) 

Announcer-"rookie of the year goes to...JUSTIN COMBS!  

Justin-thoughts (fuuuck)... 

Leah-(looking around for justin. then spotlight shines on there table) "ju...jus..JUSTIN??
