It was 5 and I was currently in the guest room at maya's. I get up, and go to maya's room. When I walk in she was in a bikini form underwear, bra,and a rope.

Maya's pov.
So I was getting ready to watch Netflix and then I noticed lucas was at my door.

"How may I help you?" "Can we finish what we started?" "And that is?" "The interrupted kisses."

He walked up to me, and grabbed me by the waist. "I...um...." What we are best friends right?

Best friends don't kiss, do they? No they don't. Should I kiss him? What if that ruins our relationship?

I shouldn't, I can, I don't know. Maybe, I should.

Lucas's pov.
Maya just stood there. Does she not like me? Did she just get caught in the moment? Should I lean in and just do it?

I am going to. I leaned in and she put a hand in front of me. "I...I...I just can't....sorry." I let go of maya's waist. "It's ok." "So friends?" "I guess."

"What do you mean 'i guess', it is a yes no question." "I love you, maya alot."

"I love you too." "Then why can't we date?" "Because it can ruin our relationship." "I love you huckleberry, but I can't risk our friendship, for it."

"I...I...I think I should go." Before I walked out the door, maya grabbed my wrist. "Lucas, don't go." "Why?"

Maya's pov.
"Why," he asked. "Cause I want to cuddle and watch Netflix with you." "I want to sleep." "It is 5:30." "I want to spend time to myself." "Oh, ok."
