I snickered, trying not to let him faze me with his sweetness. "You got that right for dang sure."
"You wanna know something else? Everyone knows they can't. Which only makes it that much more irresistible, complicated, and addicting. You might as well face it; No one wants to feel like there's not a love story kind of love out there."
Kicking at the wall, I huffed aggravatedly. "That's stupid."
Again, he smiled that stupid grin that I could NOT stand. "That's because you don't understand it yet."
