Ayesha's P.O.V

3 days after...

Dad was discharged in the hospital. He decided to stay at our house.

We are currently eating our breakfast.

"Ash." Dad called. I paused eating and looked at him.

"What are your plans for today?" He asked.

"Well, I'll be going to the company to check if there is a problem." I said and smiled to him.

"Alright, so until what time are you gonna stay in there?" Dad asked.

"I'll be home after dinner. Why dad?" I asked.

"Are you gonna eat dinner with someone?" He asked again.

Dad is a bit weird today.

"Im gonna eat dinner alone dad. Why do you ask?" He is really something today. Its like he wanted to say something to me.

"Listen Ash, I want you to do something before I leave." He said and looked at me straight in the eyes.

I would do anything my Dad wishes. Its the least thing I could do before he dies.

Its very devastating to think that he will die soon.

"Anything for you dad." I said and smiled.

" I want you to marry someone before I die." When he said that my smile faded.

Where could I get a man that I could marry?

This is difficult.

"What!? Im single dad, how could I get married before you die?" I said in a shocked voice.

This is unbelievable. I want to grant his wish but I can't just drag someone into a wedding he doesn't want!

"Its not a problem. I know someone. He knew it already. He knew that I want you to marry him."

What?! Is he joking? He already planned this!

This is insane!

"Who is it dad? Did he agree?" I asked. If the guy agreed, then I'll push the wedding. I want my dad to be happy before he'll go.

"You'll meet him later at dinner." Ah that's why he is so curious about my dinner plans.

"Why do I have to marry him dad? Did he agreed to marry me too?" I asked him.

"He isn't against the idea but he has one condition before he'll totally agree to the marriage."

"What is it dad?"

"He wants you to talk to him and ask him to marry you sincerely." Dad said looking deep into my eyes.

That's a simple condition. I'll tell him honestly.

"You're asking me awhile ago if why do you have to get married before I die, am I right?" Dad asked.

"Yes Dad."

"It's for you my daughter. I don't want you to be alone in handling our company and the organization. I know you are not ready yet. I want someone to look after you and will help you always. I want someone to protect you when I'm gone." He said as tears escape from his eyes.

I cried too. I'm being so emotional this few days. Dad keeps reminding me that he will die soon and that is upsetting me.

"I'll do everything to make him marry me Dad. I'll do it for you." I said and smiled.

He hugged me tight and we finished our breakfast.

After I finish my breakfast I immediately went to our company to check it out.
