Rose's Pov

I'm not going not doubt it, I liked my voice a little, and it felt good singing. Although I can sound a little too light and airy at times, I enjoyed singing. But the only thing that I regretted was that now I know Freddie is going to ask me to sing all the time!! My face was burning just a little and I began to feel a little tired.

"Thanks Freddie" I hugged him and yawned while he held me. "Today was so much fun" Then I suddenly remembered Roger, and wondered how we would go on.

"Rose, I apologize for Roger" We let go and I put my elbow on the top of the piano.

"It's fine, I'll just forget about it, I'm sure it'll be ok"

"Ah screw him, he's such a dick. Just go on without him, don't even worry about him, I don't want him getting in your way" But that was the problem, I didn't want to completely forget about Roger, I wanted to be really good friends with him. I thought that the two of us would have so much fun all the time.

"Mm" I put my head down on the smooth surface.

"Are you tired dear?" Freddie scooted closer next to me and rubbed my back.

"Mm" Whenever I'm tired, I just won't even bother to open my mouth.

"Must be from the wine" He giggled sweetly and stroked my hair. Then I remembered about the wine, wait a minute am I tipsy? I couldn't tell if I was drunk or not, but everything was definitely different to me.

"Do you want to get going love?"

"No not yet, just a little while longer" I whispered.

"Alright" Freddie moved back over and started playing some more piano, and I fought to stay awake.

Roger's Pov

I passed the time alone and drunk in my room by writing songs down, which were probably terrible because well, I was drunk. Then I had noticed Rose's sunglasses she left on my table. I picked them up and neatly placed them on my dresser and wondered where she was. So, I lugged myself out of my room and down the stairs to try and find her. I peeked in the living room to see Brian and John eating and chatting, then, after I passed the bathroom I could hear the faded sound of a piano playing. Only to see Freddie playing for Rose in my music room. Arghh why would she be attracted to a man that plays the gentle piano?? What a pansy Freddie is, wouldn't Rose be more interested in the drums, a louder and heavier instrument? My bad mood came back as I watched the two, and I kind of wanted to be alone in my house, I wanted everyone to leave...

Freddie's Pov

I was really into the song, but I just had to stop.

"Oh Rose, I think we should get out of here, you seem so tired"

"Ok" Was all she managed to slip out.

"Come on" She dragged herself up slowly and I held her hand tightly while managing to keep her standing.

"Hey guys, we're gonna get going, I'll see you later"

"Bye John, bye Brian, it was great meeting you!" Rose waved and flashed a smile.

"Bye Rose!"

"Goodbye" I wondered where Roger was, but I also wondered if it was even worth it, speaking to him.

"Where's Roger?" Rose asked.

"Not sure" I walked past the kitchen and looked in, he wasn't there. Until he came out of the bathroom.

Rose's Pov

I thought that if I was just really nice to Roger we could forget about the whole thing, so I let go of Freddie. I approached him and he looked very pale, but ready. So I hugged him tightly and quickly let go.

"Bye Roger, it was great meeting you" I felt better knowing that it was ok, because he returned my hug.

"I loved meeting you too, um, can I talk to alone for a second?" I turned to look at Freddie, "Hold on a second"

"I'll be in the car" Freddie gave me a careful look and walked out. I followed Roger into the kitchen and my palms began to sweat.
