Its dark here. No light, no objects, no people. Im just suck with...the darkness. I start to feel panicked. Anxious, scared. My fists start to sweat. And I feel an agonizing pain on my lower abdomen, that has me on my knees crying in pain. What seemed like 20 seconds, it surprisingly went away. I slowly get back up, and when that happens, my chest tightens, and I feel something pulling me at my own will. I keep trying to resist but its no use, no use at all. And that's when I see the bright light engulf me.

I wake up, and see that I'm a white room. An IV, with needles here and there. And a heart monitor. When I see these things, I immediately try to sit up, but quickly stop when I feel pain. I can feel myself giving out uneven breaths, and carefully, and slowly remove the covers from my waist. My breath hitches when I see where the pain is coming from. I see my lower abdomen, wrapped around with gauze, with a red stain on it.

Right when this happens, the door opens, and in comes Nikolai with a cup of coffee. He didn't seem to notice I was awake until he closed the door completely. His eyes turn into the shape big round saucers. "No no no Darious, l-l-lay doooown" he said, putting his coffee on the table next to me. Which made me mentally laugh at how he used his words.

He gently pushed my shoulders so I could lay down. I winced a little, since moving up and down hurt my wound. Once I'm fully laid down, Nikolai takes a seat on one of the chairs in the room. He takes his coffee and takes a sip, and immediately starts to take deep breaths, with his lips shaped in the way of when someone whistles. After a while of me chuckling and him fanning his tongue, he says "It was like soooooo hot", in those girly high pitched voices, which made me laugh because, Nikolai has a deep voice. So when he said this, his voice cracked a little.

"How're you feeling?" He says, still smiling from the little laugh we had. "Its hurts, just a little, nothing I can't handle, y'know?" I say, smiling cause, for no reason, I actually feel pretty happy today, or maybe its the pain killers, or, whatever, I don't know, I'm just so...confused. Wait, that made no sense, how am I happy and confused? Well, it doesn't matter at the moment cause someone had knocked on the door.

The door opens, without my consent. Oh my god, how do I get angry all of a sudden? I was happy a moment ago... God how did I get bipolar so suddenly? Ugh, never mind, I'm just gonna... well, yea...

Emerging from the door comes Eddie and Edwin, with their own cups of coffee. Well, a coffee holder, for four people. I'm guessing I'm going to have two more visitors. Once they see me, they get these grins on their faces. "Hey Darious" says Edwin. I just wave, I really wasn't in the mood to use my voice, I was feeling pretty tired all of a sudden.

I sigh, liking the feeling of being in the bed. I look at my right arm, and see that its a little paler than usual. I feel someone grab my left hand, I look and see that I'm faced with Edwin. "Your a little cold" he says, and gets up to put the sheets a little higher. I smile, and thank him. "Do you remember anything that happened?" said Eddie.

That's when memories came flooding into my mind. "Ye-yea, everything actually" I respond. They nod and Nikolai speaks up, "Do you care to tell us please?" I nod a stiff nod, and gulp. "I just, saw the guy. He tried to shoot William, and...I couldn't let that happen y'know? So...I took the bullet before it hit him. And that's when it started to burn and...William helped me." They nod, clearly understanding that this situation affected me.

That's when I noticed I wasn't wearing my clothes, instead, I was wearing a hospital gown, that I really didn't feel comfortable wearing. I shook off the thought and noticed they were all looking at me. "What?" I start to feel self conscious. That's when Edward begins to speak up, "We all admire you. You might think that it was stupid of what you did, but honestly. I call that bravery". I smile, but I suddenly begin to cough. My throat feels itchy every time I swallow, and it gets so annoying.

Edwin puts a hand to my forehead, "Well, your burning up, Ill tell John to bring you a cup of tea on his way here", and with that, Edwin steps out, taking out his phone on the way, leaving me alone with Nikolai and Edward. I pull up the covers a little higher, since i'm actually feeling a little chilly. "I'll go tell the nurse to bring you more covers", and with that, Nikolai steps out, leaving me alone with the little Eddie.

"You know, even if it didn't look like it, William changed. After the shooting I mean. H- he feels guilty from the way he treated you, now that you jumped in and saved his life, he started to realize that." I look and see Edward looking at his coffee like it's the most interesting thing in the world, as in trance.

"You think so?" He looks up and meets my eyes, "I know so." He gets up, and drags his chair over to my bed, and holds my hand in a comforting matter. "Your like a sister to me Darious, even If I met you not to long ago, y-you have this vibe. A vibe that we all instantly get attached to. "Your like the sister I never had", well, what Edwin said". He said Smiling at the end. After that, he starts to make little jokes that would make me laugh.

All in honesty, he's act's just like Edwin, only in a more...mature way, even though he's younger. And that's when a knock on the door stops our conversation.
