Its been exactly two weeks since Elias was turned into a vampire, and its been two weeks since I kissed Skeeter.. it was really weird and quite shocking, of all people.. When I told Leanne and Emerald about it that same night, they weren't thrilled about it; but got over it like anyone would.
I sat in my room, leaned up against my wall as I watched Skeeter attempt to play my guitar; he kept messing up which was pretty entertaining on my part.
"I love how you can sing but can't play a instrument." I commented watching the other amusingly.
Skeeter glanced up to me then back at the guitar.
"I apologize that my fingers don't work as well as my voice does." He said.
I smirked softly, it was really hard to believe I'd end up with a vampire.. especially Skeeter, of all the vampires. It had to be him, the guy who annoyed me more than Zeke and Rhett combined.
I gave off a soft yawn.
"You can always stop? I think you've tortured the poor guitar enough." I told him.
Skeeter arched a brow, he gently placed the guitar down before climbing onto the bed and pinning me down.
"Would you prefer that I torture you instead?" He asked me.
I grinned up at him. "You already do, every word that escapes that smart ass mouth of yours is torture to me." I laughed as he grabbed my sides then began to tickle me.
"Oh, s-stop Skeeter!" I laughed trying to escape from the others grasp, not even paying attention that my door was being opened and Zeke, Elias and Emerald were all standing there with curious yet serious looks.

The two of us looked up, which of course; my hair fell onto Skeeters face. He pushed it aside before looking to the three.
"Can you two flirt a little quieter?" Zeke asked.
Emerald glared. "Or not at all?" She suggested.
Elias only stood there, trying not to grin from the irritating aroma that surrounded the other vampire and demon.
I grinned softly as Skeeter laid on top of me, with his weight added; thankfully demons were strong or else I would be screeching all over the place for him to get his heavy ass off of me.
"Sorry Emmy." I said smiling.
Emerald rolled her eyes before walking off, followed by the two vampires.
Skeeter rolled me over so I would be on my back and facing him.
"How long is she going to hate the idea of us being together?" He asked me.
I could only shrug at the question. "I dunno, perhaps all eternity?" I joked.
Skeeter rolled his eyes before pulling me up and pressing his lips to mine.
"I certainly hope not, that would get pretty annoying.." He murmured.
I grinned with a nod.
"Roxy and Leanne seem to be getting used to it? Or at least trying too anyway." I told him.
Skeeter pouted.
"Maybe you should of let Kenny ask you out instead of me." He said with a dramatic sigh.
I rolled my eyes before pinning him down now.
"I love Kenny like a annoying brother, I think it would of been awkward if I denied his lady killer charms." I laughed as Skeeter grinned.

The two of us lied next to each other for the next thirty minutes in silence, I stared at the ceiling and Skeeter stared at the floor.
"How long do you think we will last?" Skeeter questioned.
I frowned, glancing to him with confusion. "You mean, as a couple or living?" I asked.
Skeeter frowned. "As a couple, if no one likes us being together; won't it only be harder to be around each other?" He asked. I could hear the hurt and worry in his tone, I sat up and looked to him with a frown.
"Skeeter, look at my brother and Zeke; I didn't like the idea of them being together, because I didn't care for Zeke at the time; but seeing how happy he makes my brother.. its hard to not like him anymore, the girls and others will grow to like you; just give them time. I did." I told him with a soft smile.
Skeeter looked at me with a sad smile. "I love how easy you make it sound." He told me.
I smiled softly.
"I try to be optimistic about it, and since we're in a relationship now.. I really need to be." I said.
Skeeter grinned sitting up.
"Since you put it like that.. let me take you out tonight, there's that fair in town and a lot of people are saying its fun." He declared.
I arched a brow looking at him. "You want to go to a fair..? Since when have you wanted to do anything like that?" I questioned confused.
Skeeter took my hand in his before pressing his lips to the top of my hand, his eyes gazed into mine.
"Since the day we got together." He told me.
I looked at him, and I knew I was blushing because he was smirking at my reaction.
"To much?" He asked.
I shook my head with a soft yet bashful smile. "No, just the way you put it.. it's like your a total new person now that I'm with you." I confessed.
Skeeter tilted his head with a soft smile. "You'd be surprised how I can act when you get to know me." He said with a grin.
I rolled my eyes smiling.

We ended up going to the fair, just like he declared; and to make the night somewhat tense. Leanne, Roxy, Kenny, Cassius and Emerald all tagged along. I knew I shouldn't of told them.
I held onto Skeeters hand as we looked at all of the rides.
"Which one do you want to go on first?" Skeeter questioned.
I smiled softly. "I want to save the Ferris Wheel for last, so I guess.. bumper cars?" I suggested with a childish grin.
Skeeter rolled his eyes but managed to hold his smile in place.
"Okay, bumper cars it is." He told me.

I never realized how rough bumper cars really was, until you had four demons and one witch all going out at one vampire. I felt like that awkward friend that decided to spin in circles until those five were done with the violence and abuse to the poor cars.
I figured bumper cars wasn't the best ride to go on, when Skeeter got off; he went straight to me and took my hand. We tried our hardest to escape my friends clutches of protection and possible death threats, but to no avail. They stuck to us like paper and glue.
Skeeter looked to me with a smirk.
"I know how to ditch them.." He whispered.
I rose a brow, very interested to hear this plan out.

I turned to the guys with my arms crossed. "I'm going to use the bathroom, you six stay here. I'll be back." I told them.
Leanne arched a brow. "I'd feel better if one of us went with you." She told me.
I shook my head with a frown. "I can take care of myself, I'll be right back!" I said before running off.
Everyone exchanged looks for a minute.
Skeeter took out his phone and waited two whole minutes before vanishing into the crowd when Leanne and the others decided to go find Mitzi.

I laughed when Skeeter raced up to me at the hang gliders, he smirked before pressing his lips to mine.
"No offense, but your friends are very gullible." He told me.
I grinned. "No, I agree with you. Come on, lets ride some rides before they find out what is going on." I told him.
We ended up going on eight whole rides, and I had several missed calls from each of my friends; Leanne and Emerald were blowing up my phone with voice mails and Roxy kept blowing up my phone with messages.
I grinned putting my phone back in my pocket as me and Skeeter walked up to the Ferris Wheel.

"Those two are very sly.." Cassius murmured.
Emerald glared. "It pisses me off, I don't want those two alone; that's how babies are made." She added.
Leanne's eyes widened looking to her friend. "That's what you've been worried about this whole time!?" She exclaimed.
Emerald frowned deeply with a serious nod.
Kenny and Roxy face palmed but managed to laugh at how their friends were acting, and how Emerald wasn't even bothered with the idea of Mitzi and Skeeter just being off by themselves.
Leanne glanced around before her eye caught the two spiders at the Ferris Wheel, she held her tongue watching Mitzi laughing at something Skeeter had said before the two climbed into a cart to go up.
"Do you see them Leanne?" Emerald questioned.
Leanne held a soft smile before shaking her head. "Nope, come on; let's just go ride some rides. We're not her babysitter." She told them to only earn groans and grumbles in return about not trusting the vampire.

I looked around as I leaned against Skeeter smiling softly, I rose a brow feeling my phone buzz; maybe this time it was Elias or Zeke wanting something.
I went to the messages to see it was Leanne.
{"I lured our friends away, have fun up there ;)"}
Received at 10:40 PM.
I smiled softly.
{"Thanks."}
Sent at 10:40 PM.
I placed my phone back in my pocket as we reached the top of the Ferris Wheel.
I looked to Skeeter grinning. "Wanna be cheesy?" I questioned.
Skeeter arched a brow before grinned when I pressed my lips to his.
I guess, this was my favorite day out for once; I just hope I can have more like these, especially with Skeeter.

Hooray, I added another chapter tonight! I decided to do a fun chapter for once and it turned out quite interesting. Thank gosh for Leanne not selling her friend out, and hooray for romance and cheesy kisses!
Chapter eighteen will be up tomorrow, and if you're lucky; so will nineteen.
Until then.
Thanks!
~Celty.
