Riley POV

"Mommy, lets play dollies!!" Leah yelled running out of her room, arms full of barbies. I chuckled and sat on the floor.

"Ok what's the story this time?" I asked. She always has a new story every time we play with her dolls.

"Skipper needs a new dress for the dance but Barbie won't let her barrow one. You be Skipper and I'll be Barbie." She explained. She is always coming up with new scenarios, maybe she'll be a writer. I should be starting dinner and cleaning the living room but how can I pass up play time with my baby. She's so entertaining to watch.

"Girls, I'm home." Lucas announced walking in the door. It still makes me smile everyday.

"Daddy!" Leah screams running to him.

"Princess." He picks her up. I am currently doing the dishes waiting for my pizza pockets to be done. "I see toys in the living room." Lucas notices.

"I'll clean them up." Leah groans.

"Hey before you go, wheres the Queen?" He asked.

"Making dinner." She states. I giggle and wait for him. I know his coming. I turn my back to where he is going to be just to tease him. I can hear him, waiting for me to turn. I give in first and turn to him.

"Hey Beautiful." He smiles at me. My face breaks out a smile.

"Hi Handsome." I greet him.

"What's for dinner it smells great." He asks walking towards me. He gives me hug and I just let him hold me.

"Um... Pizza Pockets." I answer slowly. I get so distracted around him.

"Sounds amazing." He whispers.

"Daddy! Guess what!" Leah says running to the kitchen.

"Hey what's the rule." I say smiling at her.

"Oh sorry mommy." Leah said looking around. She takes Lucas' hand and pulls him to living room.

"Ah, table." I point to our dinning area.

"What am I guessing?" Lucas asks picking her up and setting her in her seat.

"When I had my nap I had a dream that mommy had a baby." She states. My head pops up intently listening to what she has to say.

"Oh really?" Lucas asks sitting down. I dish up plates and hand them to them. I sit myself waiting to hear the end of this dream.

"Yeah it was boy, we brought him home and he lived with us. We loved him and I shared a room with him when he grew up." She explained happily.

"Wow that is a great dream." Lucas looked at me with a smile. I was oddly taken a back to her dream, why is she dreaming that?

We finished dinner and me and Lucas did the dishes.

"How was school?" He asked.

"Good, it seems to go by fast." I nod. "How was work? The first day, how did it go?"

"Ok, the boys think of me as a teammate not a coach. I think its because I'm so young. I mean I don't what them to be like 'Yes sir' but a little respect would be nice. If my coach was treated like I am we would be still at practice."

"Then why aren't you?" I asked.

"Huh?"

"Well your coach was respected right?"

"Yeah." He answered.

"So then act like him. If they boys know you mean business then they will respect you. If you have to spine and don't punish them they'll walk all over you." I suggested.

"I love you." He kissed my cheek as we finished.

"I know, hey I have a little bit of homework..."

"Yeah, I'm gonna put Leah down for the night then meet you in our room." He dried his hands. I smiled and watched him pick up a sleeping Leah from the couch.

Homework sucks. I hate writing papers, in middle school and high school it was so much easier. Now its real stuff, this is my career on the line. But I'm finally done and now I can pay attention to my loving husband next to me.

"Done?" He asked when I closed my laptop.

"For now yeah." I smiled.

"Now, talk to me about this morning."

"It was nothing, just a little emotional. Just girl things."

"What made you tear up."

"The fact that you treat me so well. Some times I get annoyed because you want to do everything for me but then I remember that you do that because you care about me. I am just being a girl and need to snap out of it some times." I explained.

"Ok, well I love you."

"And I love you." I smiled.

"Now, Leah's dream. That's not your way of hinting at something is it?" He asked.

"What no?" I responded. "I was shocked." I said.

"Me too, but it got me thinking. What if we did have another baby?" He asked.

"I don't think we could handle it. I mean I graduate this year and you'll be starting school. Have you thought about your major at all?"

"I mean I don't know. I like teaching but I think that a veterinarian is what my calling is." He nodded. I smiled and stole a quick kiss.

"I love hearing that."

"Why?"

"It just tells me that you haven't changed." I smiled.

"I mean, I've changed." He looked away.

"No, you have. What I mean is that you told me that you started thinking about that when you moved to the city and met me. It tells me that you are the same in the way of thinking when your around me." I smiled.

"Well yeah, babe you change me for the better. I wouldn't be the man I am today if it weren't for you." He smiled pulling me closer.

"So you want another baby?" I asked.

"It wouldn't be the worst thing." He stated.

"That's true, but do you think we can handle it?"

"Yeah I think we can." He smiled.

That's good to know...
