Lucas POV

"Baby I'm home." I hollered walking in the door.

"Daddy!" Leah ran to me. She had a smile on her face a dolls in her hand. She has been in a lot better mood once she got over her illness. Riley was right, she did have an ear infection. So she was sentenced to bed time and medication three times a day.

"What are you up to?" I asked setting my bag down quickly so I could catch her in my arms.

"Playing dollies while mommy makes dinner." She shrugged. I laughed and set her down. I looked over at the kitchen and saw Riley. She looked to beautiful. Her purple shirt showed off her baby bump very well. She had her hair tied up in a ponytail. She was amazing, and mine.

"Hi honey." She smiled at me.

"Hi." I was mesmerized.

"Are you ok?" She asked.

"Yeah you are just so beautiful." I commented. She looked down blushing.

"How was work?" She asked setting plates on the table.

"It was good, Leah dinner, long practice today. The boys weren't listening again." I explained.

"What did you do?" She asked sitting across from me.

"I made em run." I answered as I helped Leah in her seat.

"That's the man I married." Riley laughed. I chuckled and started eating.

"Night Leah, see you in the morning." I commented walking out of her room. I sat next to Riley on the couch. Resting my hands on her stomach she looked up at me from her phone.

"Pretend like I'm not here." I whispered. I leaned down to her bump and started talking. "Hi there, I'm your Daddy. I just wanted to tell you how excited I am to see you in four months. It can't get here fast enough. I love you so much already it's crazy, do me a favor though. Can you be nice to your mom in the delivery."

"Yes please." Riley chimed in. I laughed and kissed her cheek. "What was that about?"

"I just wanted to talk to my second born child." I shrugged. She nodded yawning. "Are you tired?" I asked.

"A little." She waved me off.

"Don't wave me off, you have what Math tomorrow? Don't you have that test?"

"Um..." She paused thinking about it. "No the test is the class after, I do have a review quiz though."

"Well you should get plenty of rest for that." I stood up. I picked her up and set her on our bed. She may be pregnant but she still weighs like nothing.

"Are you joining me?" She asked.

"Yeah of course, I was going to lock up first."

"Ok, hurry back." She smiled. I ran out to the front door and locked it. I turned the lights off and ran back to the bed room. I removed my shirt and pants along the way. I jumped in bed and snuggled next to Riley. She rested her head on my chest as I rested my hand on her baby bump. I was so excited to meet our baby.
