She placed the books on the counter and the lady only looked at her waiting for her to say something.

Noticing that, she quickly searched for the memo pads and her pen. But even before she could write something down, Jongin spoke on her behalf.

"We're borrowing these for two weeks and name's Kim Jongin."

"Thank you."

"Okay. Whatever."

As soon as the lady finished logging out the books, Jongin quickly left. Staggering with the books, she followed him.

Steadying her pace next to him, she nodded at him a few times as a sign of thank you.

"Are you really going to finish all that?"

Looking at the books in her arms, she smiled and nodded. It was evident that she loved reading seeing the sparkle in her eyes.
