The both debated on who should turn in the project. She said he should do it seeing that his works were beyond amazing and most of the credits should be given to him. While the other side of the debate Jongin insisted on her getting the credits.

It was because he didn't really mind about his grades seeing that they've been at a constant pace even with him changing his personality after the scaring death of his brother. And for him, it's just another way to thank her.

Maybe if he would go towards what his heart was saying, it was another way of showing his affection for her.

The thoughts of confessing to her did surface at very random times. A few of those moments made him wide awake in the middle of the night and eventually he was dragged into a world of deep thought.

"I don't wanna do it. I mean most of the entries I finalized are yours."

"You did the work more than I did. It's fair that you're the one showing the hard work we did. Especially your part of the project."

The debate eventually ended with the both of them passing it together when their teacher caught the both standing in front of the teacher's room in an awkward stance and looking at each other with a god-damn-it-why-are-you-being-like-this face.
