Chan immediately flinched when he heard my name,
"So you remember me now?"

It's been two weeks since I met Chan, but we separated once a group of boys came back from the field trip.

His friends I suppose, it didn't really surprise me though normally everyone would leave me. But he would stir up some conversation in the classes we had together, but I still wanted to hang out with him.

One day I received a note in my locker,
Dear Hae-won,
Meet me at the tree @ lunch :)
-Lee chan

Literally smiling to myself as I anticipated for lunch.

Forgetting about my lunch I exited through the back door of the school and waited under the tree, I saw Chan with three other figures side by side him.

As they came closer I concluded that they were his friends, fiddling with the sleeves of my uniform. I noticed most the students were inside still eating,

"Hae-won! Come here!" Chan yelled to me from a distance, being utterly stupid I obeyed him.

Once I got face to face with Chan and his friends, something happened. It was a blur of getting pushed against the wall of the school and getting called names that I shouldn't repeat.

His friends were doing this to me, as Chan stood there in the back emotionless. I didn't even care about the words they were saying to me, all I could focus on was Chan.

He saw me getting called names, and yet he didn't do anything.

I looked down and my shoes as his friends continued to laugh at me, until I heard Chan's voice.

"Hey! Guys stop it!" He yelled, his friends suddenly taken aback by Chan they quickly stopped and backed away, before they left the blue haired one whispered something in Chan's ear before Chan nodded.

I looked at chan and his eyes, there was something different about him. The aura that he had before was now replaced by a more dark one, he grabbed me by the wrist and looked me in the eye.

He didn't say anything, the next thing I knew I was pushed to the ground landing knees first. I couldn't more, not because I was hurt. Because of Chan's actions, I looked up at him.

His face full of horror and regret, his eyes widened as he hesitantly tried to help me up. I swatted his hand away from me,

"G-Get away from me.. You... You monster." I quietly told him before getting up as the blood rolled down my legs, great. My knees are bleeding, I limped away before seeing Mingyu and Wonwoo staring at me, then Chan then me.

Wonwoo ran up to me and checked my knees, while Mingyu walked over to Chan with a look in his eyes I've never seen before.

"Mingyu, don't." I turned towards him, on the verge of tears.

"He's not worth it." I said wiping the blood from my knees with my hand, 

"Just bring me home."  He nodded as he walked me home.

[Hae-won]

"Okay, we are going to be doing a project." The teacher said

"A partner project," that got all the students attentions, everyone looking around every so often trying to make eye contact with their 'future' partners.

As soon as our teacher said we could find partners almost all the girls swarmed Chan's desk, as for me I would be paired up with another person who clearly is lonely. Like me, as a pair was made a girl was rejected by Chan.

As it was time, I thought everyone had a partner. I grinned, maybe just maybe I could do it on my own.

"Is there anyone with no partner?" Our teacher said writing down criteria, I slowly raised my hand as I was looking around for another person.

Great. Just my luck, Chan has no partner.

"Okay Hae-won and Ch-"

"Can I please do it on my own?" I asked crossing my fingers she shook her head,

"This is a partner project, do I make myself clear Hae-won?" She said eyeing me, I nodded as I pursed my lips.

I felt like I was going to be the target of many girls in my class,  'cause I was going to be with their 'Oppa.'

I wouldn't want to be with this uncultured swine, take him.
