Hae-won
Before class started Chan asked me a question,
"What exactly is your name?" He asked not even facing me, but it sounded like he was talking to me. I clicked my tongue in annoyance, a bad habit of mine.

" Tsk, I thought you would remember me."

It was the start of freshmen year when the others went on some sort of school camping for the first week, leaving the freshmens behind.

After frantically searching for a tree to climb I found one at the back of the school, in middle school there was a bunch of trees I could climb. And now it was kind of my thing.

Carefully stepping on the first branch I pushed my weight and grabbed the second, then I continued, until I reached the eighth branch. Taking my lunch out and a book, slowly taking a bite of my lunch the leaves started to rustle.

"H...hello? Anyone down there?" I asked putting my book down and waiting for a reply,

"Oh! I'm here, let me just get up.." The voice said as I saw a boys and head pop out of nowhere, he smiled at me. And just like that, I fell for him. Sure you could call me quick to decide if I liked him or not, but a different aura was coming from him. Something most boys at this school don't seem to have, he sat beside me on the branch. I thought we were going to fall off.

He noticed the book I was reading and gawked in amazement,

"Hey! That's in English!" He said pointing to the Percy Jackson book I had, I smiled nobody ever really noticed I 'tried' to read English books.

"Oh.. Yeah, it's nothing special really," I mumbled looking down at the cover of the book.

"Can you translate? I want to read the book also." He asked me as he grinned before scooting closer to me, I nodded  before I started from the beginning trying to translate as best as I could.

And for the rest of the lunch we read the book before the bell rang, before we climbed down the tree he asked me a simple question,

"I'm Lee Chan, but call me Chan! And your name?" He smiled

"Hae-won, but call me Hae."

I looked at Chan before thinking of the right response,
"Hae, call me Hae."
