~1 week later~

Violet's POV:

I was running through the town. Weston was on a wild goose chase for me. Yep, other than his wrist, Weston was good as new.

I leaped over a pile of rubble and laughed.

"You'll never catch me!" I called out.

"Betcha I will!" I heard him holler from a distance.

I turned the corner and ran into a building. I stood perfectly still and watched him run by. A few seconds later I giggled and relaxed.

Well, until I felt two strong arms rap around me from behind, pulling me close to them. A hand was put over my mouth.

"Hey there darling," they said.

My eyes widened and I took in a gasp. I knew that voice. Geo. I cried out and wiggled around a little, but I knew it was useless. He was to strong. Tears formed in the corners of my eyes and I started to breath in uneven breaths.

"Shh darling, it's ok. Your safe with me," he whispered into my hair,"Your ok. Now we're gonna go to my place ok? I don't want any trouble. Especially getting the attention of that boy, what's his name?"

"Wehfoh," I mumbled out.

"Oh yeah, Weston. No getting his attention ok?" I stood there for a couple seconds before slowly nodding my head.

I heard him chuckle, and he started leading me somewhere. I obediently followed his footsteps, even though he still had a hold on me and a hand over my mouth.

At one point I saw Weston in a building looking for me. I wanted to cry out to him, wanted to tell him where I was, wanted to rush into his arms...but Geo just got a tighter grip on me.

"Remember what I said?" He asked through clenched teeth. I put my head down and nodded.

He kept walking and eventually we came upon the apartment complex. He led me up the stairs and into his apartment.

He threw me into the room and turned to lock the door behind him, putting the key in his pocket.

I stood there starring at him, purely terrified. I'm pretty sure I was trembling, but I was to scared to notice if I was.

He walked up to me and I took a baby step back. He frowned and embraced me in a hug. It took me by surprise, but I didn't resist much and gave in.

The tears that had formed in my eyes started flowing.

"It's alright darling, let it out. I'm here, it's alright."

I dug my head into his shoulder and gripped onto his back. He put his hand on my head and held me there.

Eventually he picked me up and sat me down onto the couch. He wiped my tears away, and even though he came off as trustworthy, I didn't trust him. Not one bit.

He got up and went into the other room. I laid down on the couch and pretended to be asleep as Geo came back into the room. I heard him chuckle.

He walked over to the couch and propped me up against him, wrapping his arms around me and resting his chin a top my head. I shifted around a little bit, becoming more comfortable.

A blanket was put over me, now I was tired. I started fading away, when a pound at the door made me jump.

Geo's POV:

I found her again in town with that other guy. But she's not much of a fighter and easily went with me to the apartment.

She still seemed to be afraid of me, and wanted nothing to do with me. I embraced her in a hug, that seemed to help. She started crying and I was just there for her, protecting her.

I picked her up and put her on the couch. I left the room to get us some snacks, and yes, every window, and door was locked.

I came back to see her curled up fast asleep on the couch. I chuckled and sat down next to her, propping her up against me. She stirred a little, but seemed to become even more frail once I put the blanket around her.

She was to cute. Just a little angel. I was starting to doze off myself when a pound at the door woke us both up. She looked at me and I told her to lay back down as I got the door.

I unlocked it and to my surprise, saw Blake and Jacob. They tried to make their way into the apartment, but I held them back.

"Hey, hey! What do you think your doing?" I asked them trying to be quiet.

"Look Geo, we know you have her in there hostage. Do the right thing and let her go," Blake commanded.

"And if a don't," I said getting in front of them,"What are you gonna do about it?"

"This," Blake replied trying to push past me,"VIOLET!! VIOLET WHERE ARE YOU??!!"

"What?" I heard her cry from the other room.

"Nothing darling! Go back to sleep!" I called out shoving him off me,"Guys shut up! She's mine now! There is absolutely nothing you can do to take her from me got it?!"

They both were starring past me. I turned around to see Violet there, backing up slowly away from the door. My eyes must have been red again.

"Violet darling, don't worry, everything's under control"-

"Yeah right. Listen sweetheart, he's just trying to make it sound like your ok. But really he has bad anger issues, and I mean bad. Don't say I didn't warn you," Blake warned.

Fear flashed through her eyes.

"Hey, don't listen to them ok? They're just trying to trick you. I would never do anything to you I promise," I reassured her.

Her eyes started getting misty and that's when I turned to the guys and in a dead serious tone said,"beat it."

With that I slammed the door and turned to see Violet was gone.

"Violet?" I called out,"Violet darling? Where are you?"

I started walking through the house until I heard hyperventilating coming from my bedroom.

I walked in to find her pressed against the wall, as white as glue.

I rushed over to her, trying to calm her down.

"It's alright darling, they're gone. They aren't here anymore. It's ok I promise. Nothing's gonna hurt you. Nothing's gonna get you."

She started to calm down and was getting heavy eyelids again. I picked her up and gently laid her on my bed, lying down next to her.

She seemed a lot more calm when she was sleeping. It was quite cute actually. Pretty soon I went along with her and fell asleep with her in my arms.
