Whether you like it or not, the Masjid does not belong to YOU and your boys.

An emotional reminder from Hoblos.

Today unfortunately our Masjids have become - really let me be honest - our Masjids have become clubs, I dont mean a club where there is dancing and music.
No.
But it is a club for me and my boys. For people that think like me. For people that pray like me. For people that act like me. For the people that talk like me.
Thats what our Masjids have become.
Sometimes you walk into a Masjid - honestly, i dont know what it is anymore. Is this the house of Allah, or is this a prison? Is it a masjid or a prison yard?
It's all about me and my crew. All this for me hurts. Because the musjid is the house of Allah. And this we have to understand.
The musjid is not your house. It is not your property, it does not belong to you. It is Allah's house.
And every single person that walk through those doors, muslim, sunni, not-sunni, christian, jew, atheist, shia, alawi, tabaouli - I dont care what he is, I dont care who it is - Any human being that walks through those doors, He in not your guest. He is Allah's guest.
This is Allah's house. And it is your job - the people of the musjid ''Ahulmasjid'' - it is your job, to honour the guest of Allah. And make them feel comfortable and welcome.
Today, as soon as someone walk in, we judge.
We will wait for him to pray - if he puts his hands up...... If they go down ........ If he puts his hand at his sides ..... - To Allah we belong and to Allah we return.
Forget '' Mathahab'' , Dont talk to me about imam Malik etc ....
He is hundred percent one of them.
If he's clean shaven - whose going to talk to him first?
Again, is he your guest? He is ALLAH'S guest.
