The door opened it was Zachary.
"Listen man I'm sorry for being mean you and Aiden I was a kid I was stupid. I took Anger management classes.
I came here not only to celebrate Christmas but to apologize to you guys." He looked sorry I felt bad.
"It's alright man" I got up and gave him a hug.
"Maybe one day we can be on great terms"

We walked downstairs together.
"Aww look at my boys" she came up to us and grabbed our ears and kissed our cheeks.
"Ewww" I laughed and wiped and cheek.
It felt like a family again.
"How can I forgot my daughter in-law" she smiled and turned to Aaliyah.
She grabbed her eyes and kissed her cheek.
Aaliyah smiled.
"See I on the other hand enjoy your mothers kisses" she said boldly.
"Well then" I said smirking.
I heard the doorbell ring.

"Hey mom " they hugged and kissed my mom on the cheek.
"Guys it's Zachary" I said pointing.
"We made admins" I said smiling putting the thumbs up.

We laughed and went to the couch.

Me and Oliver started singing the theme song.
She still couldn't guess it.

"A WEDDING" she yelled.
"We won!" We all yelled jumping around the living room.
My mom Tyler and Zachary shook their heads.
"Good game good game" we went around and gave hi-fives.
My mom went to cook dinner and we waited and started bonding.
"So guys" I was referring to Oliver,Tyler and Aaliyah.
"Did you guys wanna come over for Christmas,you guys can bring your families" I said smiling.
"Yeah man of course" Tyler and Oliver said.
"Omg Yess" Aaliyah said still smiling.
I swear her smile never faded.
"Dinner is ready" my mom said in a singy song voice.
We laughed and fixed our plates.
I got behind Aaliyah as she got a piece of bread.
"I think I want dessert after this" I whispered in her ear.

I walked off like nothing happened.
She turned around and winked.

We all sat down in complete silence. You know not that awkward silence but that good silence.
"So how is everybody"
"Good" we responded at the same times then laughed.
"How are you and Aaliyah" she asked.
I cleared my throat.
She dropped her spoon.

"It means we're going to date soon but not yet."

"I'll get it" my mother stood up and got the door.

My mom just stood there.

"Why did let him into this house" I raised my voice t her.

The rest of the dinner was silence.
