Savannah's POV
Two days passed and they kept coming back every night.I was forced to do an early morning shower then rushed by Arden to the place where Marcelo ill-treat me.
My limbs were a bit sored but I tried my best to walk normally.When I reached the place,I was told to sit down and wait for Marcelo.Hours passed and I grew weary and even more worried.
"Why are you handling me like this?!"A guy yelled ignorantly in a disturbed way as one of the gangsters grabbed hold of him.He was a handsome guy,who looked like he was a young adult.His hair was long,locksed and dark brown.
He had hazel eyes and light pink lips.
He threw him hard to the ground and the dust rose in the air and he became dirty and his Holister shirt was a bit torn half-way down from the neck.Arden left me and walked quickly over to him.
"Ard,he is the son of the damn drunkard which we killed last night,"Kajaun explained. "And the girl?"He questioned. "His sister?We strangled her,"he replied then tears came to the guy's eyes.
He opened his mouth and cried, "She was just twelve!You didn't have..."before he could even finish his speech,Arden punched him hard in the face.He fell faced-down on the ground.
I felt so sorry for him,he seemed innocent and there was not doubt that the gangsters were cruel because they took the life of a twelve year-old child.
Arden's POV
I looked on my watch,strapped to my wrist and noticed that the time was getting late,it was almost one o'clock and I hadn't ate anything for the day.
"What will we do with him?"Kajaun asked pulling him by the collar from the ground. "Uhm..."I said slightly rubbing my head confused, "...he sure could make some use."
"Yeah but what can he do?He's just simple..."he said looking at him scornfully. "Maintenance and kitchen work like preparing our food,"I explained. "Ofcourse,that'll be great!"He agreed.
"Boy can you cook?"I asked standing close to him. "Y-yes,"he said a bit scared. "Ok then,kitchen it is..."I said eyeing Kajaun then explained, "From now on he'll fix everyone every meal-Breakfast,luch and dinner." "You f* hear that?If you mess this up,so will your life be,"Kajaun said hitting him in the back.
