Georgia's POV
In the morning,at about nine o'clock,I was awoken by the girl who had served me my lunch earlier. I sat up rubbing my eyes tiredly. "Breakfast will be ready in thirty minutes.I'll lead you to the cafeteria. Get a fresh bath first then we can go. "Okay,"I nodded humbly. After I did and we left, I had a strange feeling. It was like Jake was closeby. I sat on the bench in the cafeteria yard and waited alone for my food. The others must have ate already because I've slept away a little. While waiting on someone to share my food, I gazed away at a nearby building. I saw a guy who resembled Jake, I just couldn't believe my eyes. Its been a very long time when I saw him and I longed so much to meet him again. I got up and walked over and stepped through the door to get a closer look. His back was turned, busily hammering a nail into the wall. "J-jake...is that you?"I questioned happily as I walked to a closer distance. He turned to take a glance at me and I was right. It was him! "You remember me? "I further asked with a deep smile. He looked on me rather unexcited, raising an eyebrow. "Remind me, "he replied in a serious yet demanding tone. "Georgia,"I smiled some more, throwing off his attitude. "No,"he said plainly, and I could tell he was lying. Without waiting for an answer,he immediately resumed with what he was doing. "Penny?... You used to call me that, "I said. "Doesn't ring a bell,"he simply said. I felt hopeless at the moment then remembered about the necklace that he gave me for my birthday. "You remember this though?"I asked happily unpinning it from my neck. He paused and stared at it as if he was remembering something. He finally gave in, "Yes I think I know you." I was so glad he recognised me and I had longed for a hug from him to feel better so I fell well-cushioned into his muscular arms. I tightly wrapped my hands around his waist and deeply exaggerated,"Ive missed you so... "but before I could even finish,he pushed me brutally to the ground,on my face, allowing a nosebleed.I let out a soft groan and sat up on the floor.I wiped my wound with my fingertips and stared at the blood, couldn't believing what he had done. "Leave me the f* alone.I have no business with you bitch!"He said in a very serious tone. I knew this wasn't the old Jake I knew.He would never raise a hand to hit me, neither insult me once, especially talk to me in that kind of tone. "I'm dreaming,"I thought. It seemed so unreal. I wanted to try to hug him again, maybe he'll look into himself and wont hurt me this time. I got off my slightly bruised legs and wrapped my arms around him again, only looking more desperate. This time he punched me in the stomach.I fell to my knees and coughed up little blood. "Why Jake? What did I do to you that make you hate me so much?"I questioned extremely worried as I looked at him with tear-filled eyes. "Penny..."he sighed then explained, "I'm different now." I immediately bellowed, "No you aren't.You are the same, that kind concerning Jake I knew!" I crawled to his shoes and showed him baby eyes as I lightly touched them.He looked on me with such disgust and cold dreaded ones. He then raised a foot and kicked me brutally in the mouth.I squealed loudly and squirmed in pain on the ground.I spat blood as I coughed continuously. "You disgust me,"he stormed and kicked me around constantly in my side like a football. "Ah please please!!! Stop now, you're damaging me!..."I cried terribly in unbearable pain.I tried running away but whatever direction I went,he would try to block and kick me even harder. "My side was swollen.I just couldn't take it anymore. My only hope was to scream 'help' and I did countless times.I thought he was going to kick me to death.
