Savannah's POV
I had dinner. It wasn't so bad, considering I got a way decent and proper meal than last time.I guess because Caleb shared it and while handing me the meal,he smiled at me and asked if I was okay.He seemed to care about me and I can say we are close to being friends.
After Christopher carried me back to the room,I sat on the bed, writing in my diary about what took place today. When I was finished,I placed it back safely in my suitcase.
About a minute later,I was rushed out of the room for a while because some guys wanted to gambol and I needed a place to stay,so they picked my room.
I didn't know where to go.I kept walking down the passageway, searching for an empty room.I then saw Caleb as he passed into,I guess, his room.I became happy since I saw him and walked briskly over.I knocked on the door then he opened it quickly.
Caleb's POV
When I saw her,I was extremely happy.I finally had some company. "Hey!"I smiled then she explained to me why she was here.I felt sorry for her that the guys rushed her out the room. "It's okay. You can stay here if you want,I guess,"I said nervously itching my head.
"Thank you so much!"She said hugging me and that made me quite a bit uncomfortable but anyways it was just a friendly hug and not what like Rachel tried earlier. That was so wrong! Anyways I invited Savannah in and I told her to sit on the bed, since there wasn't anywhere else to sit.I stood there as I looked on her. "Your uhm sister, what really happened to her?"She asked curiously.
I immeadiately bursted into tears. "Are you okay?"She asked worriedly as she was about to get up. "I'm fine,I'm fine...it's just that..."I said wiping my face then continued, "...she was strangled mercilessly...There was nothing left that I could do.They'd only put a bullet to my head like my dad" "Oh my God!"She exclaimed. "That's not even all,the bastards murdered my mom and burnt the house down,"I said sorrowfully. "It's the same they did to me.
They killed my husband,he was innocent, and set fire to the house,"she said beginning to cry. "They're so wicked!"I raged as I punched the wall. "So heartless,I know...what they are doing to me almost every night.
It pains my heart and makes me feel so useless,"she said sadly. "What do they do?"I asked worriedly. "They abused and r-r-raped me!"She cried then hid her face in her hands. I was felt so sorry for her and I walked over then rubbed her back.
"I'm so sorry. It's going to be okay,"I said trying to cheer her up. "I sure hope.I can't take the pain anymore...It hurts really really bad,"she silented. "It's okay,it's okay.I care about you...as a friend,"I explained then hugged her.
A few minutes later, after drying her tears, she told me some more things about her family.I guess she wanted to get somethings off her chest so she could feel better.
