Field Trip?!

Camila's P.O.V

      So.Its been great.2 more months of school.But,Shawn hates me.Why?I have no idea.Rumors say theres a field trip to Hawaii.Only 20 people get to go depending on grades and behavior.If its happening.Im totally going.They say it will be announced in 3 days.Im really sad shawn hasn't been talking to me for the past 5 weeks of my life.We always look at each other....But nothing comes to mind when I try to talk to Shawn.I always go back to argument.I fucking slept with Jacob Whiteside the douchebag.Why am I falling for him....Anyways..back to reality.I woke up next to my locker.

"Oh my gosh Camila we're gonna be late!"Dinah speed walked while grabbing me.I dropped down and grabbed my stuff.Then I
caught up with her .

"So is the field trip true?"I asked excitedly.

"Yeah!Mr.Peele told me about it and said they paid all for it.!"She smiled as we sat down.Then.Shawn came up.

"Camila...can we talk..?"He said tapping the table and whispering.

"yeah...."I said clueless.What is he gonna say.? My heart was pounding.

"I uh...have been...thinking about it lately...the argument...and...Im sorry...I just was really surprised and didn't know what to say so I
Overreacted. "He looked at me and I could see he really meant it.I nodded and smiled.He walked to his seat far from me and the teacher walked in.

"Ok class...Ten people in this class have been chosen...Tomorrow....we'll be leaving.The following people are...Shawn mendes...Dinah Jane..Ally, Normani....Lauren.James."People we knew were going.5 of the guys.5 of the girls.This is gonna be amazing.

"And.......Camila Cabello...rest of you will be staying...with a substitute class dismissed.."The teacher yelled and everyone else groaned.

The night before hawaii trip...

"Oh TOOTHBRUSH!"I opened up my cabinet and grabbed toothpaste and my toothbrush and tossed it in my bag.I zipped it up.I layed on my bed and texted Shawn.Me and him have grown hate but we have to pass that.

Camila-Hey

Shawn-Hey hru?

Camila-nm?.hbu?

Shawn-great.Can't wait to chill with u guys tmrrw :)

Camila-We better sleep. BYE  SHAWNNN ;)

I put my phone down and slept.

Next morningggggg..

Shawns P.O.V

WOKE UP.Feeling good.Cause what?Hawaii bitches.I looked around my room.Smiled and got up.I went to the bathroom.I dragged my feet because me and Camila were texting in a group chat with Matt and Lauren.We were way to excited.I left the bathroom and double checked eveeything to make sure I had everything.I ate breakfast quickly.

"BE good hun.No parties no nothing.I want YOU out of trouble."My mom yelled.I hugged Aaliyah and grinned at my family.Staying outta parties.Thats the only fun on this trip.Camila beeped at me and I rolled my eyes.I looked at by er.She looks hot.Woah...What the hell..just friends Shawn.You know what happened last time.

"Hey"She said while looking at where she was heading.

"Your happy today ey?"I asked.

"Cause I get to spend it with my best friend No shit im excited."She knudged me and I just laughed.

"Carry my bags Shawn u made that deal yesterday."She said as we parked.I groaned and opened the trunk.I looked at her then looked away.I hate her for being hot.

       We went to the bus we flew seperate from the crew because we were Popular here in the music industry.We walked through the airport.Fans screaming and waving with bright posters. We got our stuff checked out and left on a plane with all 10 of us.Me and Camila sat next to each other.She and I were really loud.She leaned in but I acted like I wasn't paying any attention.She looked out the window and I just looked away wiping my tears.How nice.What am I doing.?Fuck.Im shoulda done it.

"Shawn.?"A voice called out.I realized who.Bea.Fucking greatttttt.

"Hey Bea."I mumbled as I slowly took off my earphones.

          "Hey I'm sorry bout the past...Imjust wanted to apologize for things...I guess."She said as she looked around.I felt Camila's anger wash over me as I slowly nodded to Bea.Cam is jealous.The flight attendant announced we would be landing in 10 to 15 minutes so I made sure I had everything.I looked at Camila and grinned.She laughed and looked down.I felt bad.This wouldn't happen if I didnt break up with her.Then 3 beeps.We had landed.YAY.Hawaii here we are.

Camila's P.O.V

"Shawn you were so loud.Oh My god my ears hurt!"I joked.

"Mhmmmm.sureee banana child."He laughed and I pushed him.He screamed and there was a cat and I started laughing.

"Oh my gosh Shawn your so loud todayyyy."He was still frozen and I started to crack out.

"Shush Cam something will definitely get you ba-"I turn around and Jacob hugs me.I hugged him back.As I turned around to respond to Shawn in shock...he was walking into the hotel.

"Soooo....What do you think we should do?"Jacob asked.I rubbed his arms.

"Im not sure yet."I responded.

"We should get checked out now..."I pointed towards the luggage and giggled.He grabbed it all and pulled it inside the hotel.The employees put necklaces around us.I looked at Shawn who was alone.

Shawn's P.O.V

I pulled my stuff to my room slowly and looked around.I slid the card and opened my the door.Opened balcony.Ocean sounds.PEACEEFFFULLLLLLL.I heard a beep at my door and it unlocked.Camila.

"What are you doing here.?"I turned around.

"Mr.Peele says we're roomates.Only thing is I don't like you anymore Shawn..."She responded rudely.

"I didn't either.You know what keep your damned room."I grabbed my stuff and pushed pass her and Jacob.

"Bitch."Jacob mumbled.

I walked pass the class.

"Shawn?"Mr peele curiously called out.

"What."I looked at him.

"Where are you going..?"He puts his hand on my shoulder.

"My uncle's beach house.....He lives close.Not far Mr.Peele."

"Oh....okay...well you can stay there.You have about a couple days.We have 2 weeks here.You have to come back here during the time period."

"Okay."I sighed and walked to my uncles beach house.My uncle's name is Dan.I knocked on his door.His beach house was wooden.The whole house was painted light blue with salmon colored outlined.Very "bright."

"Shawny boy!"He shouted happily.

"Hey uncl-"I was cut off.When I looked at a beautiful girl.Damn.Blonde hair blue eyes.

"This is our beach neighbor.!"He said patting my back.

"Hi Im uh-...haha.."I scratched the back of my neck.I never had the butterflies for someone else.She stood in front of me and I laughed.She smiled.

"Im Jess..Haha....um....Dan told me about you.You look totally diffrent.

"I'm Shawn...Sorry I kinda was...out of the blue."I grinned widely.
