skinny love

'it's possible for two people to be in love, but too shy to admit those feelings. and i know this because that's how i feel when i look at you. 

every time our eyes meet, we hold our gaze until i end up looking away, red creeping into my cheeks. i see entire galaxies in your eyes, but i feel as if you don't see stars in mine.'

skinny love, so painful and torturous. feelings are hidden, only open to the mind. words are unspoken, words that could change the course of time. people say that it's a miscommunication, but it's a devastation. two lovers who suffer heartbreak all because they're too shy to say the words they want to say.
