-Madison's point of view-
It was monday morning. My alarm had just got off and i was having a hard time deciding if i should go to school or not. The last person i wanted to see was Ryan because i knew he would make me sit with him and his friends if i went to school.
That was the last thing i wanted to do.
After he kissed me at the party i couldn't stop thinking about him. His face was popping up in my head no matter what i did or where i was. I honestly didn't understand why. Sure, he was a good looking guy, but i did not like him, at all.
Yes you do.
No, i don't!
Yeah, you do.
I didn't want to continue the argument i had with myself, so i just decided to go to school and ignore the devil, no matter what.
--------
I got to school early enough to meet Chloe, Jason and Theo outside.
"Where's Jen?" I asked, after saying hi to them.
"I have no idea, she told me she had to do something important before school, something about saying goodbye to her boyfriend or something" Chloe said.
"I haven't even met this guy and now she's saying goodbye to him? What the hell? i want to meet him!"
I actually felt kinda sad about the fact that Jenna kept this new boyfriend away from me. Bestfriends is supposed to talk to each other about everything, right?
The bell rang, interrupting my thoughts.
"We'll meet you at lunch, yeah?" Jason asked, looking at me. I didn't have any classes with them before lunch, so we usually just met in the cafeteria.
"Yeah, of course!" I walked in a different direction than the others, and got to my classroom just in time.
--------
I walked out of my last class, and headed to the cafeteria. I was just about to walk inside when someones arm suddenly swung over my shoulders. It was Ryan, of course.
Please help me!
"You didn't forget about our lunch-date, did you?" He asked, looking straight into my eyes.
"Uhm, yes i did, actually."
Lie.
"I'm sitting with my friends, sorry to disappoint you." I tried to look genuinly sad, but i knew he saw through my fake expression.
"Hell no, girl. You're sitting with us, you won't regret, i promise!" He actually sounded kinda desperate. It was cute.
What the hell are you thinking, Madison? He's not cute.
No, you're right. He's not cute, he's sexy as fuck.
"Fine, i'll sit with you and your stupid friends today and today only. If i don't like it there i will sit with my real friends instead, okay?"
"Yeah, sure. You won't leave us though."
As i walked past my usual table, i gave my friends a stare that literally screamed help! but no one said or did anything. They just held back their laughters.
Remind me to get new friends, brain.
We reached Ryans table soon after, and everyone but Ryan and me seemed to be there already, since there was only two free seats left.
"Look who joined us today, guys" Ryan said. The guys around the table said hi and most of them smiled at me like normal, nice people would do.
I sat between Ryan and Christian. I tried to focus on the conversations they had , but they spoke way to loud and everyone just interrupted each other. It was really annoying, actually.
I decided to ignore them and eat my food instead.
"Ey, girl!"
I looked up from my food and met everyones stares.
"Hm?" I tried not to sound too interested.
"How would you rate your make-out session with Ryan on a scale from 1-10?" Some guy asked. I didn't know his name and i didn't really care.
"How i would rate it? Hm, i'm stuck between 1 and 2, it was pretty bad."
I obviously lied, but i wanted to see the reaction from Ryan.
The guys laughed and Ryan had his smirk plastered on his stupid face. He knew i lied, again.
"If it really was as bad as you're saying, why didn't you stop me? I mean, duuh, you loved it."
I started blushing and i knew everyone saw it, since they started laughing again. Ryan put his arm around my shoulders again and hugged me from the side.
"Isn't she cute when she's embarrassed?"
My face got even more red.
I'm gonna kill you, asshole.
---------
Lunch was finally over and i got ready to leave in only a few seconds. I wanted to get away from this stupid table. Fast!
"See you tomorrow then, right?" Ryan took my hand and pulled me towards him.
Oh, heeeell no.
"Haha, no." I didn't give him time to answer and walked away to my next class.
Goodbye, Ryan.
Hello, science.
