"They only gave us one bed?" Dawn said as they all stood in the doorway.

"I'm guessing they did" Dean smiled.

"Do you want to go ask for another room?" Buffy asked.

"Sure. I'll be back" he said turning away. Buffy and Dawn sat on the small twin bed and waited for Dean to come back.

"There isn't any two bedrooms open" the man said carelessly.

"Fine. Can you get us another single bedroom?"

"No. There's no vacancy" he said pointing at the illuminated sign outside.

"I can give you extra pillows and blankets but that's as good as it gets, pal"

"Great" Dean said sarcastically.

"I'll take it" he said. The man grabbed two pillows and two blankets.

"Two?" Dean asked incredulously.

"It's all we have. Have a nice night" the guy said annoyed.

"Yeah, you too" he scoffed walking back towards the room. He pushed open the door and Dawn and Buffy turned to look at him.

"There's no vacancy" he sighed closing the door.

"So then what?" Dawn asked.

"Someone gets the bed and the other two have to share the pillows and blankets"

"I call the bed!" Dawn yelled.

"Why should you get the bed?" Buffy asked.

"Either way, you wouldn't get the bed. Me and Dean don't want to sleep together. So your out of luck" Dawn smiled.

"Looks like me and you have a date with the floor" Dean shrugged laying down the pillows and blankets.

"Hilarious" Buffy sighed.

"Yeah, I like to think I'm funny" he said siting on their makeshift bed.

She sat beside him. They looked at each other for a while.

"I'm shutting off the light" Dawn said.

She turned off the light and laid back down. Dean and Buffy both lay down too.

"Buffy I'm sorry" he whispered.

"Shh not tonight" she said moving closer to him.

"I don't want to argue" she said putting her head on his shoulder.

"Alright" he said wrapping his arms around her.

"Goodnight, Buffy"

"Goodnight, Dean"

When Buffy woke up she realized she was completely on top of Dean. She looked to see if he was awake. Thankfully he wasnt. She turned on her side and realized it was still dark outside.

She sat up and decided to go get food. She knew Dean would go crazy if he knew she drove his car so she gently shook him.

"Dean, Dean" she whispered trying not to wake up Dawn.

"hmm" he grunted. She smiled. She really had missed him.

"wake up" she whispered.

"what?" he said groggily.

"I'm hungry. Wanna go get 4 am breakfast?" she half smiled.

"if you really want to" he said sitting up slowly.

She smiled and hugged him. She moved to grab her things and he stretched his arms and finally stood, grabbing his keys and jacket and following Buffy out of the room.

He closed the door behind him slowly.

"Buff, where are we going?"

"I don't know. I just wanted to get out" she said opening the passenger side door.

"why?" Dean said getting in beside her.

"I haven't done anything for a while" she shrugged.

"yeah, what about Spike? You guys didn't do anything interesting?" he asked sneaking a glance at her.

"Dean, I swear we're just friends. But no we never really did anything besides hunt."

"oh, so you mean you want to do normal things?" he said grinning at her.

"yeah, normal things"

"so you wanna make out?" he smiled at her.

"Dean!" she smacked his arm.

"hey, you wanted normal" he shrugged.

"your loss" he whispered.

"I heard that"

"you were suppose to" he looked back at her. Finally making her smile.
